It’s hard for me to leave the review I want. Going in the morning, I would give them all 5 stars all across the board. But at night its a totally different story unless Nevaeh is working. I placed an order through the app like normal, it said my food would be ready at 7:10pm. Living in the motel next door with no vehicle, THIS location is my only option. So I get there at 7:10pm and the young man working is just starting on my order. Moving at a VERY slow pace gets to the point of taking them out from being toasted when another customer walks in. By this time I’ve already been standing there waiting for 5 minutes when my order should have already been done. He STOPS working on my order to help the new customer! STILL moving like a turtle, I FINALLY get our food at 7:30!!! I have sent my concerns to the “higher ups” and was told “you seem to have issues with this location, feel free to choose a different Subway location” SERIOUSLY? I express my concerns and THAT is your response? Like I said, in the mornings (Didi) is WONDERFUL and Nevaeh is spectacular as well…but this kid? If I had any other option to go somewhere else I would. Unless they were offering to come pick me up and take me to another location?? Hmm? Just stick to going before 5pm if you choose this location. OTHERWISE, it IS a nice location to go to.

I walked into the restaurant at 7:26 pm on 4-6-23. As I was walking toward the counter, a worker walked up to the open sign in the window and turned it off. He looked at me and said “you just missed me, and walked away.” No apology, no nothing. I didn’t check what hours they kept at this location, but I’m pretty sure the stated closing time is not 7:26. Even with such exceptional service, I’m confident I won’t be returning to that Subway again.

Usually I love subway and is my go to fast food place to stop at when i’m hungry or in a hurry. However i’m very disappointed by the very early time they close especially on a Saturday night. I arrived at 8:15 and they already had the lights off and were leaving as I walked in. Im very dissatisfied by their eagerness to get home and not help a hungry family in need. Subway please consider staying open later. Please do better.

3 stars for friendliness, not quality. Sandwiches barely had any veggies on them, the last inch on each end had nothing. Sauce was a blob in the middle. Don’t go through the drive-thru, make sure you go in and watch them so you can make sure it’s made correctly.

worst service I have ever experienced!!! I ordered a sub and there were lots of people in line and they just kept making sub after sub and didn’t let me pay for mine until every body else’s was wrapped and ready to go, so my sandwich was then cold and the ingredients were old and limp, I get all veggies and was not happy with it at all. horrible.
