I was the only customer in the morning and ordered one drink. I was chatting with the cashier and when she handed me my drink, it was incorrect. I told her my order was an “ice green tea latte.” Her coworker quickly remade my drink and this is what I get. Mind you the ice amount in the coffee was the right amount because I specified “light ice” when I placed my order. The liquid wasn’t even half my venti cup. It was disappointing.

The manager jelly was very sweet and kind, I haven’t tried any fall drinks yet but she was very understanding and told me to take my time, when I found something that sounded a good I was still a little hesitant but she told me she could remake the drink if something tasted off to me. 10/10 service.

I can’t really say I’m disappointed but I’m disappointed. My first time I’m giving in to Starbucks. It’s cold outside and I really wanted a warm drink. I asked for a Matcha Latte ( which I thought was a like a hot chocolate but matcha flavored ) but instead I got an Ice Matcha Drink. As my first time going into a Starbucks. It will also be my last the drink didn’t taste good.
I was asked that they would ramake the drink. But I didn’t want to be ‘ that person ‘ either.

It was the worst Starbucks I have been to. It was slow and still took 30 minutes to get two cold brews. It was as if no one was trained properly. We waited patiently for our two coffees but were disappointed. Our cold brews were aweful. This store crew needs to be trained properly. The store in itself was very clean though. It was just bad service.

I went in unsure of what I wanted but knew that I wanted to try something on the fall menu, the manager jelly was so sweet and very nice, she offered to make me something else if I didn’t like what I ordered, she was very sweet and very polite, she is an amazing worker and treats customers with respect and kindness. 10/10

Wanted to give this place the benefit of the doubt but they messed up my drink twice. I got a caramel frap that had barely any coffee and a white mocha. Had to go back after we realized the white mocha was a mocha, simple mistake. Got it remade and was happy. Tasted it and it was basically hot milk, there was maybe one shot in it. I really wanted to give em a break but they weren’t busy and I genuinely think they just weren’t trained well
