Worst Starbucks experience – felt judged and disrespected
Today is my birthday, and unfortunately Starbucks completely ruined my morning.
I went through the drive-thru at the location near my home — a place I visit regularly — and the moment the window opened, the employees looked at me with arrogant faces and even laughed, as if there was something wrong with me. I’ve honestly never felt so uncomfortable and judged in a place where I’m a paying customer.
The guy who took my payment and handed me my coffee didn’t say a single word. No “good morning,” no acknowledgment at all — just cold stares that felt discriminatory and extremely unprofessional.
I don’t go to Starbucks to be judged or mocked. I go there for coffee and basic human respect. This experience was humiliating and unacceptable, especially from a company that claims to value inclusivity and customer service.
Very disappointing. I won’t be returning to this location.

I came by before a nail appointment I had nearby around 4pm. I ordered an iced banana bread match with a tomato mozzarella. I’ve been a Starbucks barista before. So, yes I know drive times are important. However; I personally did not think I waited long at all! I was given my food and then my drink but there was no indication I had to pay. When I tried the angel at the window said not to worry about it if they were my karmic angel then today was for sure the day I needed that most! I don’t live near but if I did this would be my local Starbucks for sure. Not for the company but for the workers alone.

This location has a great drive-through though the parking lot is very busy.! There’s bank shares the parking with the Starbucks. There are other more open parking lots nearby.
The staff is friendly, and the other was a fair amount of succeeding and even plugs for the laptops on the bench side.

Worst Starbucks in the world went there to buy a cup of ice was told by the guy at the window that I had to buy food this makes no sense at all if I want to buy ice or a water we should beable to it’s not like I asked for it for free I just like chewing on ice definitely won’t be going back to this Starbucks and I believe it was a race thing because my Co workers get ice from Starbucks all the time and never have any issues management needs to be changed here or trained on how to treat customers it was 311pm when I went there on a Saturday not sure the guys name but hopefully management will kno

I like this location, associates are great and so nice. However, for the love of all that’s holy, turn down the music! For a Sunday morning it’s way over stimulating and everyone (customers) that are here right now are screaming at one another trying to hold a conversation. Went into the shop to read this morning for about an hour. As I left, I ordered a coffee. Came back later in the afternoon to read some more and was asked to leave because the lobby and restroom are for “paying customer”. If you’re going to have the lobby be only for people that pay, at the very least have there be clear signage. Also have also been in there MULTIPLE times to use the restroom before. What poor consistency on service. I wish I could take back the 25% tip I gave this morning. Just go to the coffee shop around the corner by the Taco Bell instead. Substantially better service.

The store manager at this location, and the baristas care a lot about their customers. I’ve been a regular here for years, and this is my keen observation. The store manager and the baristas would always let each customer who walk through the door that it’s busy, but that they (team members) are doing their best to have them (customers) served in a timely manner. I see them constantly do this on every Sunday morning when I’m there, and when it’s often really, really busy. Keep up the good customer service folks! Way to go!
