Food was really tasty and came out fresh! It also didn’t take too long despite ordering three pizzas. I would say the salads are quite small. There wasn’t a lot of seating so had to sit outside in the cold which also made the food go cold pretty quickly.

What a delight! Had their pizza after hearing about all the hype and it certainly lived up to my pizza loving standards. We managed to get a table, order a few $2 beers, pizza and salad. The Caesar salad had gold fish on it which I loved. Our pizza was flavorful and very filling. Two pies was plenty for three people. I am looking forward to returning again.

Sandwiches only on Sunday so I’ll have to return for a pizza review.

Sammy was delicious. Cold meats and cheese and crisp lettuce. Focaccia style bread was pillowy and buttery. Very filling. No sides.

I’d eat another for sure.

Finally tried this place today and it exceeded the hype! We arrived at 8 PM to a packed house. Even though we were technically blocking the door in the small space, the host was so kind and shared the moving story of the restaurant’s journey since Covid.

The owner, Derek, still cooks every pie himself. He was incredibly friendly, joking with us as he took our order near closing time. The food was spectacular—specifically the Vodka Pie. It’s rare to find a place where the host is just as amazing as the pizza.

This place was awesome! We will definitely try and make this spot a usual. Highly recommend.

The restaurant itself is quite small, so expect to be elbow to elbow (unless you’re seated outdoors). As for the staff, they were probably the most hospitable folks we’ve come across.

Most importantly, the food: Quality. We got ‘Derek’s Fav’ with half of it without olives. The olives were not pungent, instead, they were quite mild! The real star was pizza crust – it’s like a crispy cheesy goodness. We also decided to roll the dice and got their anchovy Caesar salad, which was also pretty good. The anchovies weren’t too salty or fishy.

Perfectly crispy and delicious pizza. There were a great variety of veggie options to choose from. The place was hopping, but we were able to find a table. 2 to 3 slices will be enough to fill you up so it’s really good value. Our server was extremely friendly, we will definitely return

Holy crap. This is by far the best pizza in Seattle. Make your way and order what sounds good. You won’t be disappointed. We’ve been wanting to try this spot but with the hours it was hard for our own schedules. Make time to go. We got takeout but boy was it worth it!! Pizza’s are bigger than you think, one can easily feed 2 adults or 3 with smaller appetites. Go here! You won’t be disappointed!! Expect to wait because they know what they’re doing and good things take time!

This is a pizza place I’ve been looking forward to for a while, so I was pretty excited to check it out. I had a few slices each of the White Lotus and Plain Cheese pizzas, along with a slice of the Vodka Pepp

I think I’m ready to call this the best pizza I’ve had in Seattle. The quality of the food was extremely high – you could tell the amount of care that went into each of these pizzas. We had to wait 45 minutes for a table,
and another 40 minutes to get our pizzas, but it felt worth it in the end.

I have to start with the dough – because it was simply unreal. Each of the pizzas I had differed a bit in density, but the dough was unreal every time. It was so soft, so fluffy, and just delectable to bite through
It’s super thick, which gives a fantastic mouthfeel as you dive into the layers of each slice. I haven’t had dough be this thick yet this easy to enjoy before. This was all-time good in that regard

As I mentioned, the pizzas differed a bit in thickness. The Vodka Pepp was on the thicker side, and this was still good, but probably my least favorite of the three that I had. Compared to your average pizza though – it still
blows it out of the water.
I’m still debating which of the white lotus or the plain cheese was better – it’s such a hard decision because both were really good. it’s tough because i naturally prefer white sauce on pizza, and the toppings in here (mushroom and onion) were fresh, cooked beautifully, and added a ton of extra flavor to the dish.
However, with the cheese, despite literally no toppings at all and the fact that I’m normally not a huge fan of tomato sauce, I was blown away by these slices. The tomato sauce was super rich, but what was truly mind-blowing was the texture on this specific pizza. It was so much softer than any of the other ones, and felt like biting through a doughnut in terms of how easy it is to eat. It hardly felt like eating a pizza
If I had to pick, I’d choose the white sauce though, because of how amazing the alfredo sauce was on it

The cheese was melted perfectly on every slice, forming a crust at the top that had fantastic browning. This place also nails the perfect amount of cheese to dough ratio. I also thought the salt levels were pretty perfect – definitely not under-salted in the slightest

My one issue with the pizza is the corner pieces. The edges are charred a bit too much – to the point where they’re basically black. This makes them super chewy to eat, and I did not enjoy when I got to the crust on these pieces. The best part of a Detroit-style pizza should be the crust on the outer edges, but this part was way overcooked for me. Also the edges had a ton of oil

For about $25 per pizza, and receiving some pretty large pizzas, I think it’s well worth the price. I don’t think one pizza is big enough to feed two people, but i would guess that 4/5 slices will make one person full.
Also need to note that the drinks are ridiculously cheap here. like due to it being half off, a beer was just $1.50 (!?)

Overall, I think this pizza is the best in the city, and I can see why they seem to sell out almost every night. 9/10

My friend and I had a great experience eating here. The customer service was so friendly and laid back, which feels unique in Seattle. The pizza was delicious!! Crispy cheese edges, hot honey, and plenty of toppings. Will definitely be back again for more.

This place is the real deal! I was really excited to finally try it out, and the hype is real. The Caesar salad was incredible, and my pizza was perfect. The staff was all very friendly and attentive and just seemed like really cool people. I loved sitting at the communal table and chatting with some strangers that quickly became friends. What a solid addition to the neighborhood. I will be back often!
