Just know that if you use the mobile thru line, you will not receive your order until the regular drive-thru line have all gotten their order first, even if they had not even ordered by the time you checked in. I placed a mobile order at 6:31, checked in at 6:33 while 7-8 cars were in the regular line, and did not receive my order until 6:44, after those 7-8 cars received theirs. Mind you, there was also a police officer in front of me in the mobile order line that had not received their mobile order yet either and they were there before me. I asked the employee how much longer and it seemed like that was the first time she even looked over at the mobile line. She just said “we’re working on it” and continued to deliver food to 2 more cars in the regular line. I only ordered an iced coffee and a chicken biscuit. All to say, if you’re going to eat here, do not do a mobile order. They were better off just sticking to 2 regular drive thru lanes.

Just wanted to give them a great review. The whole team is amazing but Jessica Hicks always give me exceptional service. She greets me as soon as I walk into the door by my name and makes me feel so welcome and always has my salsa in the bag- even though there isn’t an option for me to add it to my order. Definitely my favorite place to eat

Food quality went down. Cold buns and hard cheese on my sandwich doesn’t hit the same. It’s happened a few times already. Like they’re in a hurry to chunk it out and not care how it’s sent.

When you place an order for breakfast and you have to be there by 10:30 but the scan signs are all the way up to the order box, how can we help it if we get there on time but there’s a line? And we can’t scan to let anyone know we are there waiting?? They cancel your order and you still have to wait in line?? Customer service made us go around again.

Above and Beyond. I’ve never had a bad experience at Chic-fil-a, but I’d never expect the service I got. I was distracted talking to my girlfriend while getting my food and started to drive off without my (delicious) frosted lemonade. Horus chased me down just to get our drink to us. Smiling and Laughing with us. Give that man a raise.

Worst service EVER I have no AC in my car and needed 2 large cups of ice for myself and my dog to go home an hour away, but Chick-fil-A doesn’t sell anything but small cups of ice. I even tried to order two large drinks with no drink and pay almost 5 dollars for 2 large cups of ice And we’re still told that’s just our policy they will only sell small cups of ice. I will never be back back to another Worst service ever

While the food here is excellent, and always consistent, I will say that the mobile drive-thru is extremely slow. I’ve been waiting in it for over 30 minutes, even though it’s touted as being faster than the normal drive-thru. So I would suggest to all that come to this specific chick-fil-a, is to go through the normal drive-thru as it moves at a quicker pace than the mobile drive-thru.
