You will find the new favorites named after school related terms due to the close relationship the store now has with the Medina City School District. A percentage of all money taken in goes to the Medina City Schools athletic and music programs.

We had never been to the Medina area before and want to find some good ice cream. This place popped up here on Google Maps and it did not disappoint. They serve soft serve style ice cream and other treats. We all were there for some milkshakes. We got chocolate brownie, peanut butter, chocolate, piña colada. All were delicious! My husband got the piña colada and it tasted just like one (obviously without alcohol). Very happy we stopped here on this hot and muggy day. It hit the spot!

My husband and I are visiting from Tellico Village, TN (23 miles south of Knoxville). We’re just passing through on our way to Niagara Falls. After dinner tonight, he decided he wanted some ice cream and we found School House Scoops online. What a wonderful treat!!
The ice cream was delicious and the atmosphere was delightful, so we were very pleased. But then…to top it off…the young man told my husband that it was on the house this time; “Thank you for your service”! My husband realized that he had his Air Force cap on.
He was so proud when he carried that ice cream back to me and told me what had happened. He said that that young man “made my day”!
After 25 years of service, it was so nice to see him being honored again, and in such a sweet way!

Excellent hard and soft serve ice cream. I loved their Michigan Pot Hole! Didn’t try the soft serve this time, but they had dozens of soft flavors, not just the traditional chocolate and vanilla.

You know, here’s the thing about this review.
This is on my way home from work; and I live in Parma. I have a 14 year old son who will be joining the workforce next year, and I’ve tried teaching him the importance of being a valuable employee when that day comes.
I’ve visited this establishment numerous times in the two years I’ve been working in Medina, most of which have been pleasant. I’ve tipped every young person working multiple times and expressed that it’s great seeing young people working etc…
Well enough with the compliments after my last two visits!
The same two girls were working both times and they’re rude and give much smaller portions than paid for. Picture attached will show that. And how do I compare portion sizes you may ask…?
The person in front of me ordered a cone and the person behind me(yes behind me, they had someone take their order before me) and they too had gotten a cone too.
So after this review, next week 8-22-22 I’ll stop after work to get the same cone and will post the results and if it were the same employees or different along with a new Picture

Love this place! They offer a variety of sweet treats. They even have an outdoor movie night. Staff is super friendly and professional. I would highly recommend.
