Fairly busy at bar and tables. Sat at bar and got prompt and friendly service. Typical small bar menu. Wife and I watched some college football with Mozzarella Sticks and poppers that were of higher than expected quality plus great tasting burger and unique fries.

Hands down, the worst customer service in the United States of America. There is one bar tender there, I don’t want to give a description, but if you go there a couple of times, she’s easy to recognize. That bar tender is the worst and the attitude is absolutely out of this world horrible. The likelihood of me coming back there is less than 0 %. The owner needs to take this business more seriously.

Stopped in while shopping. What a good decision. Chef made me a grilled chicken salad that wasn’t even on the menu that wasn’t even on the menu. Friendly, flexible, clean. I’d wait service is important to you, this is the place. Thank you for a great time!

First time customers not to happy we came to eat and enjoy some music well we waited
10 to 15 mins for someone to come by we didn’t mind waiting we know it’s busy so after we ordered our drinks we asked for the menu to try the food another 10 mins to put the order in but hey it’s busy it’s ok where it went bad was when after we paid for our food that we didn’t get yet mind you the waitress asked for a tip and then proceeds to qhine about a tip saying your not going to tip us. While she’s is worried about the tip I’m telling her again we will tip in cash she then walks away irritated we then get our food and eat we did leave 2 dollars at that the gentleman who brought the food and took the empty plates away we were trying to catch him to tip him properly.
The atmosphere is great and the tip is don’t cry to the customers cause they didn’t tip on the card and don’t judge cause we had to be the Karen’s tonight sorry

Never Been For drinks Always For Food a My Lunch Break. Everytime I come in Laurie (I hope that is her first name got it off the receipt.lady with the red hair) is absolutely wonderful. She always has a great positive attitude. Her energy is so pure customer service through the roof which you don’t find much of lately. Thank you for being so awesome every time.

I have 3 generations of family alum from WV, so Mountaineers are no strangers. I actually visited The Snuggery as a Steelers fan upon referral, to discover the WV crowd . I prefer my sports bars to have windows and natural light while here in Florida, HOWEVER the food, the drink selection, LAURIE!, ROBERT!, and the regulars, make this an amazing spot, with or without sports. Robert’s culinary skills creating the daily specials, unique soups, salads, and established menu items are simply outstanding! Seriously! Shrimp & Fish Creamy Chowder, cheesesteaks, meatballs, and incredible burgers! Their fries are uniquely delicious. Even the non-fry fans gobbled them up.
Last visit was a girls lunch, believe it or nog. Instead of the country club, the ladies ADORED Laurie’s attention as server/bartender/hostess, and the meal was fantastic! Thank you, Snuggery, and the referral from Frankie of M & F Landscaping
