I ordered online, with an estimated time of pick up of 8:35pm. I got there timely, and waited at the window for 10 minutes before anyone came and asked if I had been helped. I watched 2 employees walk past the window and look at me in that 10 minutes. There were 3 cars waiting behind me. The young man that finally did come to assist me was very apologetic. Definitely have had better service at this location.

I ordered a large meatlover and when I opened it at home it was a medium. Had to take it back and get the right size. The manager refused to come out and speak to me about the order. I also had a 12 piece wing order that was not fresh. I don’t like returning any food should have just go my refund but I had people waiting on the food.

Pizza was ok, but this place is nothing like the video. No salad bar, no buffet, no atmosphere, just dead. Server never took his sunglasses off (hmm, wonder why). Tomatoes on my salad were shriveled up they were so old. Was afraid to eat it. They must get takeout orders. Nothing else to keep this place open.

I get inflation but honestly this has been an upset every time. Takes long, the crust lost its taste, every time we order it’s about $100 for pizza and wings. The parmigiana packets are gone and you know have to pay for baby shakers, which is forgotten most the time. We order stuffed crust yet nobody eats it because it’s so bland. Overall time and money better spent elsewhere. You couldn’t pay me to eat here. If you like staring at a hotel highway or empty park while watching baby shark this place is for you.

Staff is very nice and welcoming, but pizza is a whole other story…. Cheese on stuffed crust is NOT mozzarella, (at least not of any moderate quality) . Ordered a replacement meat lovers thin crust but ended up having to oull the sausage and beef off just to tolerate it due to the foul smell. Again staff is very nice.
