First and last time trying NY Pizza Company. I was hesitant to spend $60 on 2 pizzas but don’t eat pizza that often and wanted to treat my partner and myself to something nicer than the typical chain place. Mistakes were made and posting this review to try and save other people from spending their hard earned money here.
Pepperoni Pizza was fine, very average, but Margherita Pizza was supposed to have pineapple and ham on one half but only a couple of slices had ham and pineapple and it was minimal, and then found what looks like a cherry stem on one slice. Called and spoke with manager to try and make this right but was only offered 10% off next order and needed to know what day I would be placing my next order. I even offered to bring it back to show what was received and was told the 10% off future order was best he could offer. I’m swallowing this loss and hoping this review helps prevent others from doing business here.
***Response to response: Since I cannot reply to response given I am adding it here. When I called I stated one and a half slices had been eaten, not the whole thing. I didn’t expect a full refund but only offering a 10% discount off future purchase was not a sufficient resolution. And issue was only a quarter of the pizza had ham and pineapple instead of the whole half. And I get the confusion to finding what most certainly looks like a cherry stem on one slice because you don’t serve cherries, but to completely disregard it happening was quite upsetting.***

Visiting town for work and got off late last night, so I was one of their last customers. Normally I hate trying a new place so late but didn’t have a ton of other options. Not only was the staff all very friendly and welcoming after working all day, but the pizza was absolutely delicious! True NY pizza with the perfectly crispy crust and soft inside. Excellent quality toppings and the red sauce there is bold and rich. Loved it! Next time you want pizza this is the place to go. Thanks

This place is INCREDIBLE. The owner is from Long Island. It is true New York pizza. Not simply ‘New York style’. This place is legit. The dough is light and has a crunch when reheated. The sauce is perfect and flavorful and doesn’t give any indigestion. The cheese is hand shredded.
This is not your average Pizza Hut. This is what pizza should taste like. If you were in New York, this would be one you would go out of your way for.
If you don’t know what a grandma ‘slice’ of pizza is- I describe it as a thinner Sicilian. They dollop the sauce on top and then a bit of garlic oil and fresh basil . They also make a Sicilian, which I normally don’t care for because it gets too bready and doughy- but their crust is light with a crunch on the bottom.
Really, do yourself a favor and check this place out. My husband and I have been going here for two years and it is consistent and FABULOUS. stop thinking about the traffic and go try it. You haven’t lived yet.

Probably the best restaurant pizza I’ve had in a very long time. Well worth the trip for me. The pizza itself tasted awesome!! Very well flavored. The dough was light and crispy. The slices were well structured and not greasy. The people were also very friendly. They have plenty of options for very fair prices. Highly recommend!
The cheese pizza and the bread sticks were awesome. Definitely give it a try if you are in the area.
*All the meat options are chicken, turkey, and beef. This definitely is a unique and cool thing. They also have dairy free options, and plenty of salads.

The 20 inch pizza was almost $30 With taxes. For the price we paid I would’ve expected fresher ingredients. Tomatoes were not ripe, the ingredients were cheap/low quality, even the basil tasted old (the bitterness it gets when the leaves have welted). The flavor was not bad but it wasn’t memorable. Honestly I wouldn’t eat here again. Pizza was a solid 5 out of 10.

The owners of New York Pizza Company are wonderful, hardworking small business owners with a great tasting menu. My wife and I have had great dining experiences the four times we’ve eaten here. We have had the antipasto salad, the buffalo chicken pizza, and pepperoni pizza. All three of those things were good and delicious. We will be eating here more often.
