The food was great but I just wanted to give a big thank you to this location! My car died in front of their store around 10:20, it was late already. Whoever the driver working the closing shift was on 1/30 was so kind and jumped my car. He was super nice, gave me advice on what to do, and was super quick to come out and help me despite it being late. The employees at the front didn’t have cables but made sure to go back and ask the driver for me. I wish I would have got everyone’s names. Sooo kind, and helped me out without any second questions. I am so appreciative. And as always the food was super good

It’s a Jimmy John’s. If you’ve been there, you probably know what to expect. Unfortunately, this location is staffed and operated by a bunch of folks who can’t seem to get online OR in-person orders correct, or put in any effort to treat you halfway decently as a customer. If you want a JJ sandwich, you want it done right, and you want someone to take your order like a human instead of acting like you’re an inconvenience to them, go to the Callaghan location.

Asked for a philly cheesesteak sandwich, w bellpeppers and onions. Got “jimmy peppers” which is apparently what Jimmy John’s corporate office calls jalapenos. WTH! Couldn’t just say Sorry no bell peppers, jalapeno instead? Fed to dogs, waste of time and money. Manager was no help.
