i literally have never given a restaurant a good or bad food review, in town visiting family from california, worker can’t get my order through window because i placed uber eats pickup, cool company rule but thought they’d help being that it’s a storm outside. no one inside wants to answer where my order is, angry that i’m asking them for what i paid for. paid for chips, wasn’t in the bag, drive back around, tell the lady at the window, she gets her manager, saying she can’t give me my chips even tho i paid for it, had to find dug up bag to show her the sticker on the bag says it as well then she finally gives it, hire better employees

We arrived at the store an hour early due to an error in our scheduled pickup time and asked if the order could be prepared sooner. We were told it was absolutely not possible, even though other customers were walking in and receiving their orders on the spot. The only option offered was to cancel the order by phone, which then directed us to email and this chat—creating a long, frustrating cancellation process. At this rate, the original pickup time will arrive before we’re even able to cancel, which defeats the purpose.
If this is a system limitation, it needs to be addressed. Otherwise, the customer service experience is seriously lacking.
To make matters worse, when we finally received our food, my bowl was only half-filled. That is completely unacceptable—I paid for a full portion and did not receive it. On top of that, our chips were missing entirely. Between the inflexible system, unhelpful service, and poor food portions, this was a very disappointing experience.

When we walked in, we were greeted by one employee. We sat down at one of the only tables that would accommodate all five of us, as the other was occupied. It was right by the counter. The bench was broken, but there wasn’t any sign or anything to indicate that it tips forward very easily. Any time someone was standing in line to order, they would lean on it; causing it to tip forward, and we had our infant, in her car seat, sitting on it. When my husband ordered our kids’ meals, they told him guacamole was extra. It’s not. They got a kid’s guacamole quesadilla. It should have been $4.90, but they charged us $7 – $4.30 for the quesadilla + $2.70 for the guacamole. Then, while I was eating my food, there were multiple hard pieces in my food, when there shouldn’t have been. My husband wanted water, so when I got some water. When he took a sip, he said it was tonic water. They have two different water buttons, but they aren’t labeled as such. We will not be back to this location. It was the absolute WORST Chipotle we have ever been to.

Every single table was dirty, they were out of beef and chicken, the trash was overflowing, overall the place was a mess. The workers were rude and gave everyone an attitude, the cashier couldn’t bother to even say anything. The employees couldn’t care less.

I’m so disappointed and concerned to see such a poor rating of a place like chipotle. It’s a new addition to the town and maybe the staff were overwhelmed by the enthusiasm that people showed, and was not ready to handle that!! I’m sure that might be the only clarification. I have always been a chipotle fan and devoured at many locations of chipotle across the nation. This one was just another usual to me. I ordered a burrito bowl with a lot of toppings. It was fresh, filling, tasty and a total value for money. I would go back soon.

The most disgusting Chipotle branch ever. This is the 2nd time i get RAW RICE from there. This ppl do not know how to cook or to clean. Trash everywhere, slow service and they are out of their ingredients all the time. Do NOT eat there. Avoid having raw rice stuck in your intestins for a weeks. I am not going there anymore.
