Eyyuuckkkk don’t know why they’re still open the Crust is hard cheese wasn’t melted if you get hard within two seconds, it’s like eating cardboard it’s nasty. I would not recommend save your money. Go up the street to the other famous. I’m telling you.

The driver calls me at 8:00 and before I can say anything hangs up. I call back and no answer . 5 minutes later I get an answer but all he says is “I’m sorry” and hangs up in my face. I then call Julio’s and let them know and the lady on the phone says she will call him
And then give me a call back.10 mins go by and at this point it’s 8:15 and I call Julio’s again and I’m told they can’t get in contact with their Own driver?? I was told I can only get a refund once he comes back with the pizza (I just waited over an hour of course I wanted it)I did end up receiving my pizza almost 25 mins from the initial call with the driver . All I got was a sorry. Absolutely ridiculous.

I got my food and ate some of it. Then I went to eat my salad and found a roach in it. I went to get a refund and she only refunded $3 for the salad and not the entire meal. This ruined my day. DO NOT EAT HERE. THEY SERVE ROACHES!!!!!

If I could leave lower than a 1 I would..
The customer service I received today was HORRIBLE!!!!
I have been a customer for years and have had minor problems but today takes the cake!
Drove down to Bridgeport from New Haven and paid for a large “meatball” pizza and a large bottle of coke and when we got to our destination we realized they gave us someone else’s order.
I understand mistakes are made, but the way it was handled was ALL WRONG…..
Julio’s suggested we drive back to Bridgeport to get the correct order.
Uhhh.. No!
His mistake!!!
His fixing it!!!!!
I requested someone deliver the correct order to my address. He refused and said I can pick it up tomorrow..
Julio’s (the copy cat from Arthur’s Famous Pizza) has lost a customer

Hands down the best pizza in Bpt you will find at Julio’s! It tastes better than its predecessor Arthur’s Famous Pizza on the south end of Bridgeport, Connecticut. We stopped in before heading back home to Georgia to get a large cheese. Boy was it delicious we wished we had bought more. I would love to see them renovated and serving outdoors.

The pizza is great. It’s not too doughy, the crust is thin and crispy. It takes like a real NY Pizza, compared to most pizza places in CT the pizza was very light and didn’t make you feel bloated. Just the right amount of cheese, sauce and pepperoni.

Julio’s might just be my new favorite spot

Order pizza for delivery from here they forgot and try to lie about i said pick up when he asked for my address. Then when I received my pizza it was cold. When I told him he didn’t offered me any options. He told me well too bad. Worst service ever!

I ordered a large meatball after waiting 20 minutes they made a pepperoni pizza so we had to wait another 20 minutes! We get the meatball and it was DISGUSTING! Dry the sauce was loaded with sugar. I called and was told the manager wasn’t there, as soon as I began to explain the manager happened to magically appear in the background stating that’s how the meatball are!!! Customer service skills suck! And PIPE DOWN ON THE SUGAR! They deserve no stars for their RUDENESS
