To whom it may concern,
Unfortunately, the interactions with personnel and pizza coming out of here during weekend or evening times on a regular weekday hasn’t been satisfactory.
(Image attached) Recently, our pizza was stuffed into an incorrect size box thus destroying 1/3 of the pizza for my children on a Friday night (1/16/26). I’ve given them many chances being so conveniently located in the center of East Longmeadow but have been let down with the more than half a dozen attempts.
Another 5 min drive, cost savings and the sauce flavor comparability – may be better off going to Big-y Supermarket…
I truly hope places like this that may be struggling with good help in today’s world can turn things around for their communities.

So happy to see new business coming back to Victor. This place has a really cool atmosphere and the staff were super nice, welcoming and attentive. I recommend stopping by and checking in out is a good casual eat on a weekend road trip through the mountains.
The pizza was ok, it was nothing extraordinary but not bad. It was pizza. Credit that it was very well served, big portions of ingredients so that was great. The salad dressing is made in house by them and those were really good, those I do recommend trying our and maybe buying some to go.
But again I do recommend stopping by for a bite, a drink rest a bit and check out the new vive coming into town.

I really want to like this place as it was a childhood staple for me and I was looking forward to trying the pizza again after awhile, but unfortunately, my experience was a bit disappointing. The pizza I received was unevenly made — one half was so overloaded with cheese, while the other half looked like it was missing most of the cheese and pepperoni, almost as if it had shifted or was rushed during preparation.
The crust and flavor were okay, but the presentation and care just weren’t there. I understand things happen, but for the price and reputation, I expected more consistency and attention to quality.
I’m hoping this was just a one-off, but I wanted to share my experience in case improvements can be made. Would love to give it another shot if things tighten up.

I ordered a calzone and when I arrived they informed me that they had made my order as a large pizza. The cashier was very sweet and told me that they could remake the order. Unfortunately there was an older gentleman behind her that was clearly annoyed and was very unwelcoming. When I received my order it was made incorrectly (missing ingredients that they charged me for) and looked like they literally threw it in the box.

I have ordered 3 times in 2 days I love it that much!! It reminds me of my Nana’s sauce and food. She was first generation from Italy. So that is saying alot. Definitely the only Italian food I will order from. The Meatballs are unbelievable!!

This was our first time ordering from here and is definitely our new go-to pizza place. We ordered online for pickup – medium thin crust with extra cheese and pepperoni. The medium is HUGE! I thought the lady was giving us the wrong order because the box looked like an extra large. The pizza was perfect, deliciously cheesey. Soda can in the pic is for size reference.

Omg !! Service was excellent, i must say im glad my 6 yr old niece decided to have a pizza party cause i fell in love with the big mac pizza. The wings were great size along the onion rings . Great Clam Pizza with White Sauce.
Finding clam pizza is difficult. Finding good clam pizza is challenging. Finding great clam pizza is very rare. Sal nailed it here. Wait, there’s more to this 5. When quizzed about the style of pizza, the server informed me I can order it thin and well done,,,, perfect. The beer is served in large thick walled glass mugs. The house salad is fresh and crisp with a nice balsamic dressing. The server was very prompt and friendly. And more importantly did the follow-up on my meal and the 2nd beer. The ambiance has personality keeping with the many good years of use. I am looking forward to trying some of the chicken with pasta entrees.

Came with my cousin, her kids and my brother. A big group. At first they wanted a reservation likely due to the size of us but sat us down without one anyways. It was an odd time of day and had the space which is likely why. Now. They had Really good pizza! Everyone loved it. We got this hamburger pizza here…man that was super yummie. My cousin still talks about that pizza.
