I love Dunkin but this is the worst one they have. I come everyday and they always mess up my order. The lady’s at the drive through will clarify the order and still get it wrong. Today I was given a sandwich with no top bun… I tried to call as I’m at work to let them know but they hung up on me three times do not come here the location is nice but employees are terrible like their work ethic

Short line of three cars 20 minutes. Each car had to wait at least 5 minutes. Wednesday morning 7:00 a.m.. there were plenty of workers in there. Maybe they had a big order but that’s no excuse. I merely said to Chelsea this is unacceptable and she slammed the window in my face and walked away. I asked her for a receipt but she didn’t know how to do that either. It seems some of the workers were not engaged with their work as I watched them behind the counter. This is the worst service I’ve experienced in a long time from dunkin’. And by the way on the feedback system would not take their store code nor did the chatbot work

Last Saturday at 7am I came Into get a dozen donuts and a breakfest sandwich. It was not busy at all. Me and own other customer. Waited 20 mins for a quick breakfest sandwich. The big joke was the donut selection. I mean it’s a donut shop and they had hardly any donuts in the case. I asked if there was more in the back and they said no. 50% or more of the case was empty. I mean I would understand if it was 11am or 12pm but first thing in the morning?? No muffins, hardly any food selection or pastries. When i got home the donuts were a little hard and stale. Not worth the price. Slow service and far from a donut shop.

How I survived morning sickness
Coffee is always great. Never out of anything. They work with you to customize things if need be. Drive through has been quick every time. Inside is always clean. Service has been friendly every time.
The food is consistent and good.
The donuts tend to run out quickly so sometimes there’s not a variety to choose from on that side. The walk from the back all away to the front for the entrance is a little different. I’d enjoy seeing dunkin offer blended drinks.

I like this Dunkin’ Donuts because they also have a Baskin Robbins inside so the way I look at it you get the best of both some donuts and ice cream and they have a large selection of both donuts and ice cream. It was very clean inside. The customer service was AWSOME the workers there were real friendly. Thank you for that.

I went here twice recently. First of all, after seeing Ben, Matt, & Jlo have the Dunkings Munchkins Skewer; I knew I had to have one in my life. For all the hoopla, I was left wanting more but it was still great marketing. As I was there, I did see that they had the pink velvet macchiato and I would try it another time. Well the time came sooner than later and on this particular day they had no pink so I was left wanting again. I did a quick audible and decided on the sourdough breakfast sandwich and iced caramel espresso. They both were better than anticipated. That sourdough sandwich is a keeper with toasted bread, two fried eggs, thick cut bacon, and cheese. Simple but effective and very tasty. Dunkin’s coffee gets me morning ready to take on the day energized!!!

It took forever to get my turn to order but don’t mind the wait. I asked the dude upfront for very little ice because they love to pack it with ice which I am not a fan of. It even said it on the order and why is it 75percent of my cup has ice. I understand mistakes happen but like come on man. How hard is it to mess up ice.

I ordered two of the same sandwiches this morning, and it’s baffling how they could come out so differently. One of the sandwiches was perfect: the bread on both sides was beautifully toasted and crisp.
The other sandwich, the one in this photo, was completely underdone. Both slices of the bread were soft and limp, like they had barely been heated at all. It wasn’t toasted in the slightest. Since it was a to-go order, I didn’t realize that only half of my order was made correctly until I got all the way home. It’s incredibly disappointing to pay for two meals and only have one be edible. This shows a major lack of quality control in the kitchen. It shouldn’t be a coin flip whether or not your food is cooked properly.
Update: so today I got the egg bites and they are super small, not like the pictures they show. SLOWEST service ever in the drive-thru. Please get autonomous labor, still horrible.
The employees need to become efficient. I won’t come for doughnuts in the morning anymore because I need 5-15 minutes to get them in a box and out the door. Also the last couple times I have been here the drive-thru is closed early in the morning and that is when it should be opened I don’t know if this is because it is a new establishment or if they are understaffed for the morning shift but when I go inside it seems like there’s at least three people so I’ll try back in a month or so otherwise I’m going to go to bosa down the street. But for ice cream it’s not bad if you’re going to plan on sitting there eating it and just plan to spend more time due to the sluggishness of the employees especially if there’s a line.

They do not show a menu on Drive thru. Staff is not friendly and donuts quality is decreased. Too expensive comparing to other places around.

I went through the drive thru this morning and waited in line for a good 20 minutes. First time at this location and it was good other than the wait. I ordered two coffees, donut holes, two wraps, and a croissant sandwich. I meant to order a cold brew with foam and I ordered a cold brew so when I got up to the drive thru window it didn’t have foam. I asked the young girl if I had ordered it with foam and she said no, so that was my fault but she said she could add it to my drink and she did! That was nice of her to do and it didn’t take her long to do.
