Ordered a NY style to carry out, got home 20 mins later. It was stuck the cardboard, there was no bottom crust left. Called the store, kindly asked for a credit. I was told only was the to take pizza back tonight, refused to accept my pictures or video being sent. Why make me drive 60 mins to fix your mistake tonight. It’s not hard to do the right thing. Never again!

Amazing pizza found this place a few months ago and have probably been there five times but only one good experience. Seems like when they get busy they fail miserably. done time is 10 to 15 minutes longer after you’ve already showed up they always forget to put the sauce in the box that’s my biggest downfall is three times now we’ve bought pizza sauce got all the way home and it wasn’t in the box. Called in and the excuse was they are extremely busy and said they tried to stop me which is BS because I sat in my car for a little over three minutes after I got my pizza. This is the Heath Ohio location. Needless to say as good as the pizza is, I won’t be back.

It’s not a dine in but their pizza is amazing!! I’m living in Newark for work and Jet’s pizza was the first pizza I tried and I am addicted literally!! Lol I swear I get it 4-5 times a week! It is always cooked to perfection and always ready when it’s says it will be. I would recommend Jet’s pizza to anyone I can’t get enough of it!!

They just opened a week or so ago, so the placed was slammed and I had to park in the grass to pick up pizza. BUT THE STAFF WAS CALM, COOL, AND COLLECTED! Very polite and pushed out some pizza’s! Pizza was good but the spinach, feta jets bread was my favorite!

Ever since I had Jett’s Wings, no where else compares. I know they’re known for their pizza (which is also great) but the wings are just 10/10 every. Single. Time. I won’t get them anywhere else! Good job guys ❤️

We got the large 8 piece Detroit style pizza with pepperoni. It was great, I personally love the the crusts on their pizza.
We picked up the order and it was ready on time. I would say the inside is plain and can’t eat inside but that’s not really their business model.

Definitely missed tge mark on this order. Probably didn’t deserve the one star! Young lady that I spoke with to let her know the pizza missed the mark of a good pizza said… Thanks for letting me know have a good night! Uh!!ok!!! Bye. I do see owner don’t respond to 1 2 or 3 stars. So im sure they will have same attitude the young lady had!!

Waited over an hour and half for my delivery called the store multiple times no one picked up never got a refund and it was mediocre pizza for an expensive price! Don’t think I’ll be coming back
