Placed a mobile order during my 1.5-hour drive to work so I could grab food quickly. Employees were there, but the restaurant wasn’t open or ready yet. There was no notice or update in the app, so planning ahead didn’t really matter. Ended up leaving hungry and short on time. Not the smooth pickup experience I was expecting.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went to mc donalds with my boyfriend’s mom. I used to work here. We both used our mobile apps and got large fries. Our food comes out and she pulls out her fry and hers was full to the rim and I pulled mine out and it was half full. I had told the girl that gave us our order that the fries came like that and if I could get a little more in the box and she smirks and shrugged her shoulders and said that she didn’t make the bag and claimed that I had ate some and walked off. Me and my bfs mom think this might have been on purpose because how come she got a large fry and mine was only half AND my bfs mom ordered a quarter pounder and they gave her a deluxe. How unreal.

Order is wrong alot. When you mobile order and there are no customers, your order still takes 15 minutes. No sense of urgency. Food is always old or never good. Don’t use your app to complain as it seems nothing is fixed and seems service gets even worse after.

Every single time I come to get a strawberries and cream pie, they are out, or don’t want to make them, or even charge you for them and then replace them with cookies, which is actually a downgrade! Today I came and asked ahead of time and said do you have any pies? She said yes. I said okay I will have two she said okay. Okay it’s a 4-minute wait. I said I thought you had pies. She said I only have one I said. Okay I’ll wait the 4 minutes so I waited and waited and waited… I just don’t understand why you would offer it if you refuse to sell it. It’s very frustrating and today I waited 15 minutes for a 4-minute pie when she told me it was 4 minutes and I asked ahead of time and then when I get to the second window after I’ve already paid, that’s when they want to say they don’t have the pies or it’s too long of a wait. It’s very irritating. I take the 15 minutes back. I just had to roll down the window and ask him for my pies because I’ve watched five other cars come and go while I’m still waiting for the pies. Now mind you they gave me my food first so now when I get home I get to give kids cold food. Great service.

No one at the counter. Waited 10 minutes no one came to the counter. Ordered on the kiosk. Proceed to wait over 15 minutes for food. The person behind the counter didn’t apologize about the wait or anything. Just a simple “here you go”. Food wasn’t even hot. It was warm at best.

My first order was missing items. And after a remake finally showed, the sandwiches looked terrible. All contents of the sandwiches were slid out. Drive through and parking lot were clean outside, thats a plus.

Went through drive through. Had to pull forward and wait. Brought out wrong food. When I got home quarter pounder with cheese, cheese was not melted. Large fry was not half full and large coke was 2 inches below top of cup. I called and talked to manager. Said bring it in she would remake it. Ok It’s 22 degrees outside, and I’m not going back to McDonald’s. She said she couldn’t compensate me any other way. This is not a first time event. I’m done with McDonald’s. Rip off!

They seem to be severely understaffed. I waited in the drive thru for a significant amount of time, at the speaker, just to give my order, because I believe all employees were busy up front. However, I did not notice a crowd inside. When I did give my order, I had to repeat it 3 times (it wasn’t a complex order), so their equipment might be a little broken. The staff was polite, however.

I literally just sat in the drive through for 30 FRICKEN MINUTES! For a frappe, 3 hash browns and 2 McGriddles. My frappe was melted by the time my food came. Nvm it didn’t come I had to go inside to get it! Annoyed!
