Papa John’s in Rockingham used to be good. For awhile now, it has not been good. The breadsticks are always hard and old. You can tell they are not fresh. The pizza is sometimes greasy. And when it’s not greasy, it’s extremely thin! It just doesn’t have that good and fresh taste anymore either. Every once in awhile, the pizza and breadsticks will be fresh and so good. But 99 percent of the time it’s horrible.

When you don’t get what you pay for, in my book, that is stealing. Then, you call and complain and they want to bring the rest of your order after you had completed your meal. They would not offer a refund for what they left off on my order. What good is that? So, I did decide to have them bring out the rest of my order, that should have been delivered the first time, so i called back. I wasn’t about to just give them what i had already paid for. The second call I made, I was hung up on as I was explaining to another person that answered what had happened. There was absolutely no threats or abusive language and no reason for the person to hang up on me. This is the service that you receive from Papa John’s!
I think you get the picture. I would not recommend ordering from Papa John’s. Just look at the ratings.
This was the first time that I had ordered in several months due to the same issues. This time i have learned my lesson.

I come here pretty often and it seems like a lot of the time they barely have anyone running the inside. Ive worked in fast food before and at minimum 3 people should be working the inside. I can’t complain about the wait because its not the employees fault they’re understaffed so frequently. The food is great as always but obviously management needs to improve. Papa Johns please do better.

The 7.99 with one topping pizza carry out was having almost having no topping at all.
I am hoping that the company are paying their employees the right wages that they deserve and are not depand on the tips that you are requesting before the beginning of the service .

I was not impressed at all. Service was fast. Associate was kind. The pizza is not any better than the Little caesar’s. For a couple bucks more go to Domino’s!

I love papa Johns the pizza is ALWAYS fresh and hot and if there happens to be anything wrong which is rarely they fix it and some they make me feel important! Team member mason is there a lot when I come by and he is always extremely friendly and has an awesome smile and the GM Mr Moore is the best y’all could have not choose a better person and being a GM from another fast food restaurant it says a lot keep up the good work

Horribly made pizzas. Our white pizza had cheese in the middle only, so it was basically just dough and sauce. I even ordered it with extra cheese and sauce and received neither. One slice we just tossed because it was all dried up bread from a busted bubble. Not the first time we’ve gotten home with poorly made food from this location.

I waited at the door for 30 mins standing right in front of her cause the door was locked she ignored me and acted like I didint exist snd couldn’t even tell me to go to go to the door and she is a manager it was terrible customer service.

I’m telling you this is the best Papa John’s I’ve been to that’s not even a lie Doug TJ and Saundra did the best job on the planet not only was the Pizza Hot but I got a bunch of jalapeños I got some nice good pizza and it’s the best papa johns I have been too!!!
