Arrived with my girls about 645p looking to be placed on a waiting list. I was skipped over by Jaime and another couple was serviced. I finally voiced my presence, even though it was done right in my face and was then placed on waitlist for bowling. I Was told it’s about an hour wait but they do not seat people past 8pm. We proceeded to have dinner here which then brought us to that hour due to slow service and flagging down the waitress to pay. Mind you there was only like 4 tables and two servers. Anyway, when I went back up to the bowling area now 750p was told by Jamie that there was still one person ahead of us and that even though people were scheduled to leave and would be leaving at 8pm they’re not allowed to seat people even at that time. I then told her that I wanted to speak with the manager because that didn’t make sense since the place closes at 9:30P. Jaime then went to into a room where I saw her speaking with Karissa our previous server for the night. She then wasted about seven minutes there before I actually saw a manager. At 757p, Aiden contacted the person right before me on that list, and the customer told them that they would not be able to make it to game on for 10 minutes. Interestingly, enough that would put them past the 8 PM no service while we were here and ready to go however they told the customer they had between 5 to 10 minutes to come down. At this point, I had the misfortune of having the most unprofessional manager, Bill Cote whom spoke and looked at me like I was wasting his time. Confirmed above and that it was the policy. At this point, it’s 807P and the person ahead of me arrived was seated. I the asked just so I was clear, even though they had three empty lanes and had been emptied since 8 PM, we would not be seated. And Bill said absolutely not it’s past 8pm. That’s when I realized that this all sounded just about WHITE. I spent over $100 for dinner, am staying at a hotel here and will be gambling all night. However non of that matters when you are allowed to have entitlement I guess. Posting this for now, but definitely will be bringing this up to real casino management.

Pleasantly surprised with how well the night went here. I went in with 3.5 star overall expectations for a casino arcade.
If Karissa is your bartender, you’re in good hands. So friendly with great recommendations. We got the cheesesteak eggrolls which came with this spicy ketchup, Karissa put us in the know about trying them with the garlic aioli. Game changer, 10/10 so good with it. They should add the garlic aioli to come with the eggrolls automatically it was a seriousssss game changer.
The DDR in the arcade lets you continue playing even when you suck (my local arcade boots you once you get a low score. The player 1 pad here had a broken front and right arrow though)
The sangria was yum.
The karaoke room was the best karaoke set up I’ve seen, the mics had their own speakers (we used 2 of the 3). Each mic had adjustable sound levels, the music has adjustable background vocals and adjustable tempo and pitch. More song options than my local karaokes (Boston).
Thank you again Karissa!

I was highly surprised by Game On after reading all the reviews. I went with my family on a Tuesday night for the $20 all you can play arcade games. Our waitress was super friendly and the restaurant offers many different food options. The drink menu has many different cocktails and beers. The bowling looked fun and we will try that next time.

Had my daughter Sweet 16 here, and honestly, we had so much fun. We bowled, and we did the arcade. Bowled for a couple of hours, ate burgers, pizza, and fries, and then arcade for the rest of the party. What was the best was the service by a waiter named Ian. He did an outstanding job making my daughter’s party special. He made sure he always checked on us and provided everything our party needed and wanted. It was just such a blast. The atmosphere was fun, and geez made me want to do an adult night and leave my teens home. Had a couple of drinks and just enjoyed watching the fun.
Came for another night of fun, did the arcade, and this time we ate at the restaurant. Not bad. Service was good. Food is not bad either.

Fun place to spend some time off the gambling floors, a couple of bowling lanes and lots of arcade games. Plenty of bar seating and regular seating (all high tables fyi). Plenty of tvs for entertainment at the bar. All of the food was very delicious, a small wait on a Saturday night but not bad. They were busy so wait staff was too but no extended waits for anything. A family friendly choice for food and fun.

Not too noisy. Great TVs for games. The mango habanero wings were really good. Service was very tentative and positive vibes.

Went here on February 17th 2026 and the most horrible experience! I took my beautiful wife for our first time . Walked in and asked the girl at the front desk and asked if we can get a table have drinks and play games then order food . She replied you can do that at the bar . I found it wierd but we headed to the bar . We sat in two seats and the bartender seen us but and walked bye us but didn’t acknowledge us at all. About 5mins go bye my wife went to the rest room for about 10mins and still no acknowledgement. Wife came back so about 15mins now without any acknowledgement whatsoever .The bartender who now has walked bye us about 15 times started serving walk up customers and kept looking our way. So after 25mins now of aboustly no acknowledgement and not one smile even waiting on the others we got up and went and told the young lady at the front desk exactly what happened she just looked at us so I said we are just going to leave . The bartender was alone but there is absolutely no excuse for no acknowledgement and piss pour attitude! Awful awful awful customer service! I will spread the word !

Got a reservation for the karaoke room for three hours, cost $40/hr. It also took 1 online form submission and 4 phone calls to have the reservation confirmed. The waitress came exactly twice over the three hour period. The group ended up having to travel to the bar and get our own drinks multiple times.

Service was amazing. Food was as expected for the type of establishment. The music was loud, but I enjoyed the music and the videos that played along with it. Easy to see NCAA basketball. The kids had fun playing games and if a kids menu item is ordered you can buy a $10 game card for $5.

Karissa F . One of your employees is completely outrageous and rotten even from first coming into game on . With her nasty attitude and terrible customer service as well as staring and looking at our party constantly, and ruined me and my party’s 5 table we were there to have a good time and celebrate a birthday. Not get starred down and treated like we were beneath her and we’re gonna walk a measly 70 tab when we were asked if we wanted a tab and we said yes . Therefore we pay afterwards. So after being starred down from the get go till the very last 20 minutes she bugged me and bugged me non stop till I paid for an open tab so as I hit my breaking point of being miserable I finally pay and threatens security on me being I call out the simple fact that a open tab means I pay afterwards . She says correct and instead of living in reality and apologizing for treating us like this she continued to go on and on till we walk to the cashier and she stops running her mouth ….. go figure….. and the other staff noticed this and said nothing nor asked for what transpired to fix further situations like this to happen … disappointed on how Game On is run and how the employees are trained.. ME and my family and friends won’t be coming back . It’s not what it used to be ….. Great place to be disrespected when Karissa is working…
