We are on a camping road trip for the week and wanted to find somewhere to get some pho. This place popped up so we stopped in and we’re really glad we did. The spring rolls (shrimp) were fresh with excellent peanut sauce (I often judge a place on the quality of its peanut sauce!), and our rare pho bowls were full of flavour.

1st time trying pho chopstix! Great food! Ordered wor wonton soup, grilled shrimp and egg roll vermicelli and some egg rolls. Food was very flavourful, broth was excellent portion sizes were great! No complaints definitely will be going back for more!!

Food here used to be so much better. Ordered fried rice it’s yellow not fried with soy sauce, sweet and sour pork. Meat was fatty and chewy, spicy mustard watery and gross.. cream cheese ragoon cold. Very disappointed. Called restaurant to get money back was told to get back in my car and bring it back for a refund.. owner/employee laughed and said well too bad good night. Will never eat here again and would recommend the same to others interested in eating here.

Superlicious brisket pho and hieu tieu (seafood with egg noodles). We also had the Goi Cuốn, the fresh springrolls with shrimp and the peanut sauce was delightful. Really pretty place with decor reflective of Vietnam and very clean. Highly recommend this place. They have a unique and nice looking menu and also a wonderful varieties of dishes to choose from. A great family business and a pleasant surprise to have this caliber of ethnic restaurant in the middle of nowhere…well, we are travelers passing thru and it was cool to know that we can get amazing oriental cuisine, Viet style, off route I80.

Best pho place in town! The broth for both soup was really rich and tasty. The filet mignon pho was the best but the combination pho was also really good. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant. The design of the place is neat and better than most pho places I’ve been too. Would come back here for pho whenever I’m close by. 🙂

We really never go to Pho Chopstix. It was a Monday they were open so we had lunch. The food was very tasty. Won ton soup was very good also. The service was prompt and friendly. Price was average for this type of food.

Gave this place a try and was disappointed. I was told 10 minute pickup for a to-go order, then waited almost a half an hour in the restaurant. This place also charges a fee for credit / debit cards like we are still in 2005.
Food was tasty, so I decided to give it another try and called an hour before closing time to place a to-go order. No answer.
I will be taking my business elsewhere.
