Food wasn’t terrible at all, pizza was great. It was just the service that was questionable. The brown haired girl definitely does not need to be working the front counter, she doesn’t know what she’s doing and her customer service skills were very poor. She swore quite a lot, couldn’t even order because she kept interrupting me asking if I was finished— just seemed like she wasn’t all there in the moment. Delivery driver was also just sitting in the lobby watching videos very loudly the entire time. Only worker that was actually doing his job right and working diligently was the young man in the back cooking. Overall though, would go back again for another pizza and to try some other stuff. Might just order over the phone next time instead.

I needed pizza admittedly extremely late but I had messed up and ended up being out way later than originally thought. Didn’t want to head back out so gf said Vito’s is open and figured why not let’s continue my personal journey through low star rated places Fort Wayne finding a jem here and there. Ordered an app sampler, a chicken bacon ranch pizza (requested no onions or tomatoes as gf is allergic) and an order of bread sticks was told it would take an hour which I mean sure it’s late but I really needed food and everything else to be good like please. When it came the driver was nice and friendly even calling ten minutes before arriving about an hour and ten minutes later so 80 min when quoted 60 not bad at all especially this late awesomeness! However, once I got back inside I realized someone messed up far worse than I had tonight. Our pizza had both of the items she requested be omitted meaning gf is both hungry and pissed and I didn’t have an order of bread sticks. She called back as it was almost $50 and even if everything had been there that’s pricey. She was told by whoever picked up the phone that he never heard me ask for onions or tomatoes to be omitted nor did hear her order breadsticks but still the bill was nearly $50? True there are three pieces of pizza gone in the picture because I don’t care personally about the onions or tomatoes and she was so hungry she stripped one piece of the pizza of toppings and ate that as there were even onions under the cheese and we didn’t touch the sampler after we tried everything and said eh and that was what was left. Food was okay but everything but the driver was well let’s say more or less sad. Pizza at best was okay, everything else was tasted and left despite being hungry. Made some shakes with ice cream and milk at home and ate those instead. Happy-ish ending but only cause milkshakes, Vito’s had no hand in that whatsoever quite the opposite. I was hoping the reviews were off but they were sadly proven to be spot on.

I have ordered from Vito’s for years and the food and service are generally pretty good but this time, the food was absolutely terrible! The sausage roll was absolutely nothing but dough and pizza sauce with 4 pieces of pepperoni and no damn sausage and some hard plastic cheese! The other roll was to be with everything and it was basically filled with mushrooms a few pieces of sausage and cheese absolutely the worst experience ever for $45. Never again will I eat there or recommend anyone to eat there! Ruined my night

I normally order the Vito’s Roll with Beef, Perperoni & Xtra Cheese, however, this last time I had very little cheese. Even though I’ve decided not to go there again due to paying for something I clearly did not get, I made the decision to give a courtesy call to Vito’s to voice my concerns. The person I spoke to 9n the phone told me that it was childish to make my decision to not do business there again due to my 1 bad experience.
Been in Fort Wayne for 2 Months, If this is how Vitos treats their customers then I Strongly recommend not to go there because what make a company Great is through service. I personally wouldn’t care how good the food was the other 3xs > It’s my money {in which an employee does not have the right to tell me how I spend my money via childish or not}, I wouldn’t support a business with my money which is content with challenging customer service skills.
Maybe they should look at going under a New Management Team

I have never visited this establishment, but I love how when I’m in the grocery store and they come by and stick there crappy flyer on my car window. Could not peal it off. Had to remove it with a razor blade when I got home!! After seeing the reviews, it doesn’t surprise me that they would vandalize someone’s car. I took pictures of it. Not happy!! I can’t even go to the store. Do like a normal business and send them in the mail!!
To your reply- how about saying sorry for sticking something to your car that you had to remove with a razorblade!! All your negative reviews make sense now. You didn’t even ask if damage was done. Maybe dont be a crappy buisness owner and apologize when you make a mistake and fix the situation.

Called around midnight to order food. Guy that answered the phone was very attentive, nice and quick. Let me know I’d have my food in around 30 minutes. Didn’t have carrot cake like I saw on an old menu, but quickly offered an alternative! Will update if my food is not great, but I’m expecting it to be good!

Bad experience I ordered a supreme pizza and hardly had anything on it called to let them know and owner son said I was capping about my pizza don’t know what that means but was very rude in professional and disrespectful. I live all the way in Wayne dale and drove there for this pizza because it has always been good until now . Younger generation needs to learn manners and be more respectful towards customers and people in general . Will never go back again .

I was glad they were open late, but the cheese and toppings didn’t start until a,good 2 inches from the edge. Not so good on a 12″ pizza. It tasted good, there just wasn’t enough cheese/toppings.
