I had been seeing reviews on Insta and FB for a while and when we passed their Vacaville location I suggested we stop for lunch. The staff was helpful with suggesting an order for two. We ordered a 3-way combo, fried wings, Bassa and Jumbo shrimp. The order came with fries. Everything was so good. I especially enjoyed the jumbo shrimp. We will be back!

The food was surprisingly good! Tastes freshly made and well seasoned. I had fried catfish (delicious) and wings (pretty good) and collard greens (divine). Tartar sauce and ranch were tasty! Also, I tried the hushpuppies (which for me could be a deal breaker) and they were heavenly! Free water w/ ice (thankfully because it’s 100° these days). I will be going back for more food choices soon… prices are reasonable, I believe. They also have a whole roasted garlic dungeness crab w/ garlic noodles for $62 that I was leary about, but, I have to try it to say if it’s worth the ticket or not.

It’s got that hole in the wall feel, and that’s not a bad thing. The order was made to order, the catfish was big & crispy and flakey. The whole wings were messy and big and juicy, the garlic noodles were tasty but a bit overpriced in my opinion, still if you get them you won’t be disappointed in the flavor, you’ll just wish you had more lol. The guys in the back were cool fellas and joked around me and took the to engage with me and I love to talk so I enjoyed that. I highly recommend this place!

Everything from the fried snapper to the fried gizzards, the french fries the hush puppies the cake, the tartar sauce everything was amazing and the fried chicken is better than any chicken chain around will definitely be back. Love the fact the restaurant is ♿️ accessible. Front doors are ADA compliant!

The red beans and rice are great, hush puppies are perfect, and the fries are crispy. Despite the seemingly high prices, the servings are generous. They also offer chicken and fish combo meals. My son ordered a chicken meal and really liked it. He said it was the best fried chicken he’s had in awhile.
I ordered the catfish nuggets meal. It wasn’t as exciting as his chicken meal apparently was. It was okay but nothing exciting. I’ll be trying something different the next time.

When i first started going earlier this year, it was on point. Now, not so much. The last two times I went thr fish was overcooked and was tough like jerky. I was very disappointed. This food is expensive. The owner is really cool and I hope he takes this as constructive criticism and retrains his employees on how to fry some fish. Other than that, the taste is good, the folks are kind, but whoever fried my fish the last two times needs some help.

Ordered a shrimp poboy & fries to go and BOY WAS IT GOOD! The shrimp poboy was jam packed with shrimp which I loved! If I’m paying a lot of money for a shrimp poboy I want my moneys worth and they definitely delivered. The shrimp was cooked nicely, it wasn’t overdone and was cooked enough that it help up to the sauce. The fries were really good cooked well and the ranch was good too. I wished there was more lettuce/tomato on it but overall it was really good, I’d definitely order again

I love this fish place! I saw recommendation plus this place was open late. After coming in out of town I thought this would be a great late night spot. I came to the business and it was very clean and sanitized. They had different fish choices on the menu which was very impressive. I had the Basa and requested that they made it spicy. They were able to make it spicy occasion style.. I ate in the restaurant. When my food was up, it was hot fresh and delicious! I really enjoy the homemade tartar sauce that was found on the tables. The menu also included various chicken and other deserts .
