I called the day of my order and was instantly met with an attitude and told that there was no way my orders could have been incorrect. I wasn’t rude or disrespectful, but you are instantly hostile for no reason? He told me I had to send pictures so I asked for the email which was not provided to me. Then asked well how else am I supposed to send the pictures? The guy said to call back tomorrow and speak with the manager Juan. I did call and spoke with Maria who said she was the manager for this shift. She told me she would call me back. Did not. When I called back the next day she lied and said she called and texted me when I have no missed calls or text messages.
Both pizzas were supposed to be gluten free and were not. I literally had to spit the pizza out! Burned around the edges and bottom close to burned. Almost none of the topping of the Philly cheesesteak. I could count the pieces, which is hard to see with the pizza browning on top. No garlic on the pizza only a little bit one one piece. No feta on the pizza. One small piece feta under the cheese on one piece. No extra cheese. Even with the one that was gluten free and it was like it wasn’t the normal dominoes gluten free crust it was tough and super thin.
She then called me back and left a message and I called her back. It is again Maria who says the Manger Juan is out today, and was out last week due to surgery. Then why were people telling me to call back to speak with him? How did a man who was out sick make these messed up pizza’s? Then she says I called you back 5 days ago. I said no you didn’t I have had to call again and again. Then says we checked and your order was made correctly. I said no it wasn’t or I would not have gotten this run around and I am going to dispute the charges with my bank. I hung up on her.
I even went online and filed a complaint via the Domino’s website and still heard nothing back. So disgusted. This is why I stick with local businesses, because these chain places do not care about customer service or quality anymore.
I want to register my dissatisfaction with the service I received today at Domino’s. The server simply showed no interest in taking the order correctly. When we asked to adjust the sandwich and explain what was missing, she responded rudely and impatiently, making it clear that she was not willing to help.
Furthermore, the sandwich was missing items, which shows a lack of care in both preparation and service. It’s frustrating to pay for something and still be treated this way.
I’m leaving one star here so that the Domino’s team really pays attention to this review, because situations like this harm the customer experience and end up driving away those who like the brand.
I sincerely hope that the store makes exceptions and improves staff training to prevent this from happening again
DO BETTER DOMINOS!!!
Never recommend anyone to go at this place where they don’t know what industry they are in.
One experience is I took my child who has level 3 profound autism to Domino’s to have a great treat for a great day she had they charged me $40 on a $23 Domino’s Pizza… I confronted him about it and they pretended that they were new which I knew they were not because I live close to there and I see them everyday and they’ve been there for about a year… Luckily they did fix it back to the $23… My second issue is I was walking with my daughter who has profound level 3 autism and she wanted Domino’s sadly I did not have the money for Domino’s and I had to pick her up and take her away from the Domino’s she got upset and a Domino’s driver who was African American descent screamed outside his car “just go get her Pizza!”
I was very upset because one I did not have the money for it so I felt like I was being shamed and the second that he was screaming outside his car saying that I should go get my child Pizza is ridiculous… I feel like that is parent shaming and I’m a single parent and that is very unfair so I have decided to never come to this Domino’s or any Domino’s ever again I have called corporate and I have made a complaint to them and I am calling their shareholders too to complain about this to them also… I’m also going to talk to other parents with children who have autism like my child not to go to Domino’s anymore because they do not care if you have money or not they will yell at you outside their car and shame you for it if you do not get the Domino’s… As a single parents with a child who has autism I am going to talk to the autistic community about this too and see how they feel… I felt very shamed that I did not get my kid dominoes because I did not have the money for it and we have perfectly good food at home.. so to whoever that driver was who yelled at me to get my kid Domino’s I hope you understand that terrible for doing that!. Sadly I did not get his face or his license plate because my child was having a meltdown because I said they could not have Domino’s… But shame on you for whoever said that to me… That was shameful for screaming at me outside your car saying to get my kid dominoes.. shame on you!.. such insensitivity! SHAME ON YOU!!! (The fact that you were in your car screaming this and then drove away just makes you a coward, I would love for you to say that to my face) You’re a disgrace!
this is the last time I even go near a Domino’s ever again with my child… If she wants Pizza we’ll go to Joe’s pizza or we’ll get Papa John’s…
Just so you know I’m not looking for a free pizza, I want an apology…SHAME ON YOU!!!
