A supposed manager Michael hung up on me after giving me horrible service and horrible food. My “wings “ didn’t even have hardly any sauce on them. When I called to address it. He hung up on me. I will be contacting corporate, and filing a complaint. Well take our business some where else. He served us the wings that were in the warmer, when we arrived.

I ordered my pizza and wings at 10:50pm and I have never received it at 11:30 pm it was paid for on my debit card never heard from delivery driver. When I tried to call store it had been transferred to call center! I am diabetic and my sugar has been dropping tonight. That is why I ordered food. Now I’m so weak I can’t get up to get anything to eat and my pizza is not here. I will be taking this to the highest management or ownership and someone’s going to lose their job like a whole team.

I ordered a Tavern Style Margherita pizza off Uber eats and it was missing pesto when I got it, I called this store and they offered a replacement. When I got there, they were so nice, the correct pizza was hot & fresh & perfect. They were so sweet and the pizza was delicious, ill definitely be back

When this place first opened their pizza was awesome. Generous toppings and the pizza tasted really good. Their delivery drivers have always been great too…always friendly and prompt. However, the past few times we have tried them, their quality has gone downhill The pizza doesn’t taste as good and they have gotten skimpy on their toppings which seems to happen with a lot of Pizza Huts. They also have gotten two delivery orders wrong. One was they forgot to include the pasta dish i ordered and the second was when I ordered two pizzas, they made two of the exact same thing and the manager (when I called back) basically admitted she was training someone and rushed through the order
(that I had submitted on line) and didn’t pay attention and they just made two of the same thing. She did give me a $25 credit. However, later when I tried to cash it in… the manager working that day took my whole order and then told me I had to come pick it up. It could not be delivered. I was even willing to pay the delivery fee but she said I had to spend at least $10 before they would deliver it. I thought that was ridiculous because they screwed up two of my delivery orders so shouldn’t they make it right by delivering a correct order?? I had made up my mind once we used the credit that we would no longer be a customer of this location. However, when I called in my order today, I spoke with a gentleman named Sean who works there and he was very honest and forthright and took responsibility on behalf of his store even though none of the prior things that happened were his fault. Because of that, I will give them another chance and he helped to save a customer. Hopefully, they will do what they need to do to get their orders correct and to go back to making great pizza again to save customers long term.
