Found this place on a road trip! The pics looked so good I had to stop. Called and ordered and the guy said 30 minutes. I was already outside and they were pretty busy so we waited about 25/30 minutes and went in. The lady was very helpful, even caught an overcharge the kid had quoted and fixed that for us. I loved the atmosphere it felt like a little diner! Got the food, which was ready and left. Grabbed a piece and it was only warm.. the crust was somewhat bendy so I knew it had sat for a bit. The cheese and sauce were delicious and I bet this would have tasted better if we had eaten there and it was hot and fresh. I think the kid told me too long of a time. If I ever pass thru again I will try it again.. all the dishes being served to the tables looked so yummy and I totally should have ordered garlic bread after seeing that too omg

What a wonderful family-run business! This was my mom and dad‘s absolutely most favorite place in the whole world to eat dinner!! With my mom‘s recent passing, we wanted to honor her memory and visit as a family! We stopped in with eight adults and six kids. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit! The owners knew our folks and loved them! The owners also faced a staffing shortage and were able to adjust their business model to make it work and stay open. What a great family!!!

My wife and I happened along this restaurant on our way taking the back roads from STL to Minneapolis, what a true delight! We were greeted by the most wonderful host (happened to be the owners daughter) I wish I remembered her name, she was fantastic. She helped us decide what to order, her knowledge of the food was superb, then she suggested a great beer to go with dinner. The Lasagna was amazing, with the garlic bread, my wife had the Chicken Alfredo, and we had a small veggie max pizza. Everything was so good and fresh, the pizza crust was great, super crisp and flavorful with lots of fresh veggies and cheese. I got some Alfano’s Pizza beer to go, for later on our trip. What a blessing it was to have found this place for a great dinner and hospitality! I can only hope we pass this way again. Thanks Alfano’s Knoxville for making our trip more memorable!

Good food at very good prices. Easy to see from the road. Plenty of seating. Parking is a little limited. Owners/managers are very nice people. They offer deliver even to the rural people in the area, which is very nice. They have a lot of pastas and salads. They’ll customize your pasta. The super garden salad has canned mushrooms. I suggest skipping these. Other things are good. The tacos and taco salad are also good and made with quality ingredients. Pizza comes in thin and a thicker traditional crust.

Ordered greekbread and chicken Alfredo witch from their website should have been $25.25+ tax was charged $37 food was ok but for dinner for 1 and appetizer for $37 is a bit ridiculous when diffrent prices are advertised. When asked they said that prices just went went up

Meatball Sandwich-Meatballs good, but Sandwich very dry. Needs more sauce with crunchy (overcooked) bread. Next time I’ll order it not overdone & extra sauce. Didn’t see any cheese either.

Absolutely the best Italian food anywhere in the state of Illinois. If you haven’t been to Alfano’s Pizza in Knoxville, you are completely missing out. The stuffed breadsticks are totally over the top and an actual trademark item. Their meatballs are the best I have ever had anywhere in America. Not far off of I-74, TOTALLY worth driving out of your way, I promise.
You can also get them to go either baked or unbaked, you’ll wish you had a few days later!!

Awesome little pizza shop, so much food for not a lot of money. Deep dish pizza is packed with cheese and your favorite toppings. Our waitress was a sweetheart. Depending on what you order your food will come with a free dessert or coffee, so order a good amount of food! Who doesn’t love free coffee, appetizers, or ice cream?! Tons of left overs.

We are so lucky to have Alfano’s in Knoxville. I can’t say enough good about this cute little pizza place. The owners are the nicest people, they have a wonderful variety (pizzas, subs, pasta, etc) and it’s all good, and their customer service is top notch. Sometimes they’ll even leave you a fun note on your pizza box. 🙂
