The guy taking my order creeped me out from the moment I entered. I tried to order a sandwich and he was more interested in weird jokes, saying I dropped something on the floor when I didn’t, and just nonstop unprofessionalism during the entire order. I wanted to leave and should have! I will never go back to this location!

Huge sandwiches are the highlight here! The staff is friendly and service quick. The restaurant is clean, including the restrooms. The atmosphere is fun, with Jimmy John’s trademark hilarious signage everywhere. The restaurant also does a great job with catering.

I’d rather have my 20 back! This was the first time going to Jimmy John’s. I think it’s trying to be like firehouse subs but they missed the mark. Only one type of white bread and it’s tiny! No toppings. Seriously the skinniest sandwich in history. This is the “giant” size. It took around 45 minutes for them to make this!!! And they made it incorrectly and had to wait longer. There was a nice lady working who did apologize that it was wrong and took so long. I wouldn’t ever consider this restaurant in the future. Save your money or go somewhere else.

Some things I noted: No in-shop employees were wearing aprons and they’re constantly contacting the cold table where they make your sandwich, portions on sandwich also seemed incorrect and not put together precisely. Go to this Jimmy Johns if you like mayo, lettuce and wasting money. Paid and extra $16 for a toasted chicken, bacon, ranch sandwich and received a sub drowned in mayo and filled with lettuce, and almost no meat and no bacon at all.

I have eaten lunch here many times, being I work very close to this location. However, after Sunday,13 April. NEVER AGAIN. WHY? Well, the food prep area is in the open where everyone can view the process. As I was eating. I noticed a big cloud of smoke. It was from a food prep guy vapping. Then, I started to watch closely. The guy slicing the meats was wearing gloves. However, about every third slice. He shoved the meat into his mouth, then kept slicing g and maki d sandwiches.
