This brand new location just opened up and I was VERY satisfied with their initial performance. Our food was served hot and made-to-order in a timely, professional manner. This location features indoor & outdoor dining, as well as a standard drive thru and a separate Mobile Thru lane, though I don’t believe this location has any curbside spaces quite yet.

So disappointed with this new Chick Fil A! I held off on writing this review, but we just went for a second time and had another not great experience. Both times our fries were cold and hard/chewy. The chicken in our sandwhich was also really tough! I’ve never had any experience like this with a Chick Fil A before. Here is a picture to see our large fry barely full… just order a small!

A few days ago I went to the drive thru. Ordered sandwich meal and salad. When I got home I noticed my fries were missing (got two ketchups though) and decided I didn’t want to drive back. I ate my sandwich and noticed after 5 draws on the straw my large Coke was empty. Opened lid to find ice 1” from top of cup.
I’ve ordered at this new store 7 times now (all drive thru) since it opened. Never had an issue.
So today 1/19 at around 4 pm I decided to go inside with receipt and ask for a manager.
Shortly thereafter a female manager came out and I explained my issue.
She immediately said I can give you an order of fries and a Coke. I said great I also wanna order a sandwich which I paid for.
In total I was inside (first time) maybe 5 minutes and left with my order.
Very clean and orderly and everyone I encountered was professional and friendly.
Unfortunately I forgot to get managers name and it wasn’t on the receipt.
I would like to thank her again for her professionalism and courtesy.
This store is great and I highly recommend it.

Chick-fil-A is always a reliable stop for great food and amazing service. My go‑to is the classic chicken sandwich with no pickles and a sweet tea, or a chicken breakfast burrito, Chick-fil-A introduced me to the chicken and egg combo, it hits the spot every time. The staff is usually helpful and friendly. I can probably count on one hand the times I’ve had a rough experience at a Chick-fil-A in the 17 years I’ve been eating at various locations.
I love their app it make it a breeze to order ahead and pick up fast. Plus the rewards are always a nice bonus.

The fries that I ordered and paid for were missing from the bag, leaving the “meal” as just an entrée and a drink. This location is brand new, but it does not meet the usual Chick-fil-A standard. I recommend choosing a different location where you can trust your order will be accurate and complete. If you do stop here, always check your bag before leaving.
