The disrespect at this location on 6/11/24 at 8:30pm was outrageous. We bring a friend out of state who has never been to Rita’s, for the young employees to laugh in her face for genuine innocent question, asking if she could get a sample. These girls are also too concerned about getting tipped than giving good service to deserve a tip. One of the girls said “she really didn’t tip” to the other girl in a disgusted tone.

Been here a bunch and have decided to go to a different Rita’s going forward. Small portion sizes (like my large was a usual small size) and they give you way less toppings than other local Rita’s.

We arrived one hour and ten minutes before they closed. The lights were on but the blinds were pulled down. We were able to see a girl working in there. There is a doorbell and we hit it and hear the girl say “Hell no”. We rang it a couple of times and she completely ignored us. She continued to work and refused to serve us. Time to let her go!!!!

Ordered some ritas water ice via Uber eats but didn’t get 2 out of the 5 orders. The owner was very nice enough to drop off the orders directly to my house. Thanks again and appreciate the extra! This buisness will do you right! The worker who I talked over the phone was extra nice as well

I always love this ritas it’s always great service but they need to update their hours. It says they’re open untill ten but I went here at 9:20pm and they were closed. So I guess they close at 9 now and didn’t bother to update their hours

I ordered custard on a cone at my local Rita’s but right as I hit the best part the cone, I found it to be empty. So disappointed as I didn’t know this was even a possibility but, I guess when you have a 12 year old with an IQ of a fruit fly anything is possible. I would recommend to take my advice an grab a waffle cone as it’s near impossible to mess that up.
