Great service, lady with colorful hair who took my order was nice! Lady who told me to go to the pickup window was lovely, and food was great even when i chose cook to order. Manager (or employee) lady who handed out my food was very nice and even got me extra sauce with no problem. Very nice staff :)))

After hearing all the talk of the new McDonald’s Big Arch burger, I decided to try it. The patties were not as big as I’ve heard, maybe this location uses Big MAC patties, there was about 1/2 an inch all of bun all around the patties. Very little lettuce and can McDonalds please stop with the pathetic dill pickles? They are razor thin and just not good. The sauce was nothing to write home about and they should use Big MAC sauce. The bun was dry and very chewy. Overall, this is a bad hamburger. I would say it’s the worst burger of all the fast-food burgers. At almost $10, it’s a crime. The fries; old, cold and bad.

Last time I was there I was waited on by a chubby kid with a slouch beanie on. he had a very bad attitude..and I ended up in a five car line of folks waiting for their food to come out. The one guy kept coming out, but apparently with the wrong orders. By the time he had gotten to me I told him what I ordered and he checked and found out it wasn’t even in the system, though I had paid for it. The kid coming out to take care of us was embarrassed and frustrated and I could appreciate that while slouch beanie boy just sat at the window screwing orders up. The chubby kid had shown some attitude before but I overlooked it, but attitude plus not even getting my order in.. no thank you.
I did call and spoke to one of the managers. She mentioned they knew he was a problem and were working on it. She was rather petulant when I mentioned sometimes it’s hard to get good people and she made a snide remark about how I should fill out an application. I was trying to empathize as I used to be a manager of a fast food place, long ago, between engineering jobs. I’ve not been back since. I go to Starbucks now for anything I want. It costs more but they get my order right and there’s not some bad attitude kid in a beanie getting my order wrong. There is one good person there but since I only see him in the mornings and that’s not guaranteed I’ve just stopped going there, and pretty much all McDonald’s in general. The one good guy is the guy at the window for breakfast.. Shane is his name. He’s great! Give him a raise. It’s been quite a while since I’ve stopped going to McDonald’s and I don’t miss it.

Easy entrance and exit due to access and turn lanes. Clean place and workers. Dual drive up lanes. Sad as one kid was overworked. No pay window open, but food window guy was doing pay, run back for receipts and food hand off. He was a happy worker tho. Fish sandwich and fries were crisp. Delicious.

Nothing like putting an order in them taking your money and not giving you the food that you purchased. Driving there only to be told that they canceled your order even though they took your money . This establishment is dirty they’re rude and the way they talk to paying customers is appalling absolutely appalling. At the end of the day I guess that’s why it’s fast food a bunch of lackeys going nowhere working in a dumpster. Learn how to treat people don’t take people’s money and not give them what they ordered. I do not recommend this place I would never order from here again go elsewhere these people are disgusting

I usually stop in the morning to grab a Big Breakfast. I can’t remember the Guys name who takes your money and gives you change back but he is definitely a asset to the establishment he always has a hello for you in the Morning a good fella. As for the food its fast and what I expect. Glad to have it here in Chardon.

Get 2 sausage biscuits and a hash brown. Hash brown was just warm and the biscuits was hard and not easy to eat at all. The best thing was the sausage that was on the biscuits. It’s bad when you basically throw everything away except for 2 sausage that was on the biscuit.
