We ordered dinner $80 from DoorDash, from this location, and got the wrong order. Instead of 3 entrees drinks and 2 appetizers we got some ladies low calorie teriyaki box. This location did nothing we had to drive 9 miles to get our original order, over two hours afterwards, DoorDash did nothing what the hell! I’ll never go to this garbage ️ again!

Literally eat here every week… have the app and was supposed to get a “free entrée” the pot smoking guy behind the counter scans my barcode and the price INCREASES instead of decreases… I tell him that doesn’t make sense and if that’s the case, he should cancel the order and just ring it up normally and I’ll skip the pretend QR code… He says “he can’t do that” lol… really bro? I know that’s not true, you keep the food bud… I’ll take my business elsewhere ✌️

Great food! We love Panda Express. What makes this Panda Express better than all the rest is Dana and her exceptional customer service.
We happened to descend on their staff in the middle of a huge mobile order and crazy drive through line. We watched Dana and the other staff work extremely efficiently and with impressive composure. Even though she was under so much pressure, Dana never showed it and was so kind and pleasant.
It is because of the customer service we received from Dana, we will make sure that we choose this particular Panda Express when we are craving fresh Asian food.

They can’t call themselves Panda Express. This drive thru is so slow every time. And they forget stuff. We ordered a plate with shrimp and mushroom chicken. We got the shrimp and 3 mushrooms after waiting almost 1/2 hr in the drive thru.
Other reviews say the same thing. Be ready to wait and check your stuff before you drive off.

Now that only drive thru is open I got half of the portion I used to get. And sweet fire was pineapple only with 1 piece of chicken. Also my second plate had half of the portion of chow main. Doors locked. Tried calling ….no answer. Drive thru car lane was all the way to street.
