I like their donuts. That’s about it. I don’t drink their coffee – I know that’s what they’re mostly known for but I usually only get their donuts. Sometimes they’ll be completely out of donuts by the time I get there, which always upsets me. I have no idea how you don’t have enough donuts on hand at 12 noon when your name has donuts in it lol. If you’re going for coffee it’s probably fine, but if you want donuts make sure to go early.

today i went in to get an iced coffee, and what looked like the manger and his employees were going back and forth because she was claiming they’re tons of fruit flies flying at her face and he didn’t believe her… i didn’t think much of it till i got home and wanted to add more creamer to my coffee and opened my cup and the was two fruit flies in my cup and i had to get rid of the whole thing! i did try and call twice and got no response!

Buddy is the BEST! The woman with the long beautiful black hair is very nice, and the woman with blonde hair is also very professional and nice. The girl who left and went to Texas is MISSED so much! There is also a short young Spanish man that I adore! When they are clocked in I know my order will be 100%!! I love going here I go everyday multiple times a day haha. Anyway besides being the best Dunkin in the area, I want to just tell you that the phone number provided on Google does not work! Yesterday, I paid but forgot my avocado toast and tried to call to say I can’t make it back to get it! The number was disconnected. I thought you should know! Thanks again for such great service 🙂

It’s funny in a sad sort of way that every Dunkin’ I’ve looked at has a ton of bad reviews. It’s gotten to the point that finding one that hits 4 stars is near impossible. So I thought about my last two trips to this and another store, and yes, I’d have to agree that the same problems seem to be obligatory now.
When I entered this store, random sullen employee 1 just glanced at me quickly and then walked off to deal with something else, I guess. No greeting or anything, just as at the other local Dunkin’. I was there to get a 1/2 dozen of their high fructose corn syrup variations laughably called things like “chocolate” and “butterscotch.” I prefer donuts from a real bakery which aren’t good for you, either, but are at least made of food and not chemical concoctions. Others wanted these donuts, so I thought I’d be nice.
Anyway, the slop vat must not have been working well that day because just like the other place I went to, there was basically no selection. This wasn’t late in the day, either. Nor too early. I think there were maybe two or three “chocolate” types to choose from plus a smattering of some industrial grease “jelly” donuts. When someone finally sauntered over because their phone died or there were no TikToks left to hold their interest, I just picked a quick six and made it as easy as I could. Still not even a grunt of appreciation or acknowledgment. In fact, the only thing I remember the guy saying was the cost of the “donuts.” I paid and left and have no plans on returning if I can at all avoid it. To any store in this chain, as this seems to be the same kind of experience most people have. I even ran into a Dunkin’ in another state at about the same time of day (was in the area for another reason) and the same sullen type of worker and lack of variety was there, too.
So I’ll keep going to Jim Main’s in Vineland. People there know how to talk and even (gasp!) smile at you. And they actually have donuts there. Like, a decent selection. And they don’t taste like artificial flavors painted onto cardboard.

i ordered a sabrina carpenter drink 8:10 pm last night one i went to get the drink no one was in the store they don’t close until 8:30 i tried to get a refund no refund has been processed i tried calling the store the next morning and there was no answer twice

My daughter wanted cream in her hot chocolate and they took and went over and beyond what I expected. This is my second time here at this Dunkin’ Donuts and I live in quinton Township and I drive all the way over here just to get the perfect hot coffee, French vanilla, cream and sugar and a hot chocolate for my daughter. It just reminds me of coffee when I was a young girl. They make it perfect here. I recommend if you haven’t stop here do so. They should be picked to teach other Dunkin’ Donuts places how to make their coffee and hot chocolate

My recent experience at Dunkin’ Donuts, located at 1104 W Main St, Millville, NJ 08332, was unfortunately disappointing. I placed an order for donuts using the mobile app, which is something I typically do when using the drive-thru. However, when I entered the store to pick up my order, I encountered a young male and female staff member behind the counter. Without any interaction, it was evident from their expressions that they had no interest in being there, which made me feel quite uncomfortable. Their disinterested and unfriendly demeanor was so off-putting that I decided not to pick up my order at all.
It’s disheartening to see such a lack of professionalism and courtesy from the staff at this Dunkin’ Donuts location. Customer service is a vital aspect of any business, and the behavior displayed by these employees was both immature and detrimental to the establishment’s reputation. I sincerely hope that the management takes immediate steps to address this issue, as it could greatly enhance the overall customer experience at this location and prevent future incidents like the one I encountered.
