The pizza was extremely undercooked it looked & tasted horrible the pizza was doughy & made me sick, I called to tell them about the experience I was having they took the phone off the hook. The driver for the delivery put my pizza on the ground & didn’t give me my change he said “I don’t have” he didn’t speak English either

Not sure when this started, they make you pay for peppers and parmesan cheese. You should always get a couple of complimentary cheese and peppers it’s in the cost of the pizza. Will not come here again !!!

Ordered carryout online. When I went to the location to pick up my pizza, I was pleasantly surprised by the gentleman helping me with my order. Very courteous and polite! Can’t ask for better service. I will be ordering from this location again. Oh and the pizza was great!

I have been here numerous of times because my child lives their breadsticks. Look at your recipe they will steal money from you If you do not verify how much change they should give you back. Untrustworthy and not worth the headache. I always tip but because of this no more. Essentially I’m tipping twice once out of the kindness of my heart and the other because I didn’t verify my change (which I shouldn’t have to do). This is not my only incident with this company and I’m telling everyone Do Not go to this location!

Very bad customer service. And employee who claims her name is ” Tasha” was super rude and very unprofessional. I got a call stating that my order was so called ” over an order limit” and that I had to pay up front for them to make my order. I informed that employee I have cash and can pay in store and that I was headed to pick up my order now. Tasha claimed for their store they have made up a rule that is not listed on their company website, store front, or anywhere that a customer would be aware of a rule. The point of ordering ahead is to have your door done when you arrive. Not to arrive than wait for your food to be done. It would make better sense if I placed my order in store in the first place.
Tasha was still super rude, proceeded to hang up in my face not once, not twice, but 3 times. I requested all info to report this made up rule to local branch manager and customer relations.
If this rule was listed somewhere I would have ordered else where or like I stated drove to store if I felt like it.
It’s not a customers fault that you guys are located in Antioch and have had people not pick up orders. That has nothing to do with customers that are showing up.

So I ordered food. My pizza was delivered and the food wasn’t what I ordered. I called and been on hold for over 90 minutes. The manager said hold on and let me go to the front and grab your tag and never came back to the phone. I asked for light sauce on the pizza and they barely had any sauce in them. They went down hill.
