My husband for the first time brought home two gigantic sized salads for us from Saladworks. I am a salad lover so I couldn’t wait to taste this Thai Chicken Salad. Let me say, all of the salad ingredients married perfectly together with a few of my personal choice extra toppings. At my first bite, my salad taste buds were exploding! But the delicious icing on this wonderful salad was the accompanying sweet oriental sesame dressing! It took me two days to finish off this extra portion sized salad. I will most certainly return back to Saladworks!

The employees attitude was terrible. I was charged for 2 proteins in a create your own when I had only chose 2 items of the 5. She said it was only specific free ones to choose from. Overall experience sucked!!!! Wont be going back

This place is horrible. $11 for a salad and I can’t even get what I ordered. I ordered online and picked it up. First they didn’t have any turkey for the turkey club salads, then they didn’t have any bread for paninis. 3 of the salads didn’t have any cheese on them. The sandwich I did get hardly has any meat on it. For $70 I feel like I should at least get what I ordered. If they moved any slower they’d probably die. I will not be back.

I ordered the Chipotle Chicken n Bacon (which I have ordered in the past) and this is what I received. Having ordered here multiple times, the past two times I’ve been super disappointed. Working at an emergency center, I DoorDashed food so I paid a little extra for this meal and was very upset. This was a kid making a deli meat grilled cheese at best.

I love salad works but this is the first i have had it in Dover! I really enjoyed the fresh ingredients, I know recently a lot of restaurants salads have been withered and not fresh but their products were fresh and crisp. Had the buffalo chicken panini and a make my own salad (pick two)

I took my children out for lunch here which is a normal thing , the location just depends on which Salad Works we are closer too at the time. Now the Dover location is our closest but we are known to drive up to Middletown which will be the future move because I will not be stepping foot back into the Dover’s location and here is why…. We walked in and as usual my son wants to create his own and told that meats are not included in his five choices but they are available to add for an additional charge, ok cool, we didn’t know this but it is what it is, I say just order what you want, it doesn’t matter. So moving along we all place an order sit down to eat after dropping damn near $50 for 3 meals, whatever that’s the world we live in, lol. But here’s the puncher after eating my delicious 1/2 chicken pesto melt I indulge into my Butternut Squash and it was good only to discover that not even half way through I scooped up on my spoon a clear item that could of been a sticker label it such. I “quietly” bring the cup up to the I think manager she was the one who was managing the books and doing temp reading I don’t know…. Not making a scene I state I found this in my soup, she replies uck, and I’m like yeah. She offers me another cup of it, WTH, was not my first portion from that same canister IT’S ALL CONTAMINATED. But I just calmly said no thank you, her response was are you sure,?!?! Truthful I’m disgusted with the experience and how it was handled. Simple fix is to just not return I would truly dislike to encounter another experience like this here again!!!!

I found this place because of my aunt’s blonde moment lol salad was delicious, so many options I didn’t know where to start. It’s like a subway for salad. Clean. Friendly. Wish they had more then just Dover here, one of the employees said they had one in Rehoboth but once summer ended it wasn’t busy enough that might change now with so many people that have moved there.
