We stopped here for breakfast and it was a great experience. Everything on the menu looked good. We ordered the shirred eggs, breakfast burrito, a drip coffee, and a chai latte. Everything was delicious.
Also, great ambience outside. They had a fire pit going, which was welcome in the chilly morning, and nice music playing. Service was friendly. We will definitely return when we are back in the area!

The larger-than-food-truck Little Bone caravan sits next to the restaurant Hell’s Backbone Grill, and is open when the full grill is not. The entrée sandwiches are huge – I split mine with its accompanying green salad with my brother-in-law for a perfect size lunch. My spouse had the smash-burger and sang its praises.

The food was absolutely incredible. They were top level chefs. Food was made to order and wait time minimal…even when a large group arrived. They showed skill, patience and empathy working with many different genres of people. Wonderful hospitality! My husband loved his blue corn pancakes so much that he purchased their pancake mix to take home. I so enjoyed my Jenchilada and was thankful they recommended I top it with an egg. Coffee was tasty too.

Don’t go by without stopping for something to eat! We were on our way from Capitol Reef to Bryce on Scenic 12 and wanted to find a little spot for an early breakfast. The breakfast burritos, potatoes, and pancakes were fantastic! Hope to stop in again next Summer.

Cardamom waffles Lives up to the Hell’s Backbone standard and then some! Just one of the reasons Boulder is the best little town in the West.

Hard to believe anyone would take the time to leave a negative review just because of a tiny yard sign. This place serves great burritos, some of the best bacon you’ll eat anywhere, and has lots of cute goodies for sale in their shop! Highly recommend as a stop whether you’re staying in Boulder or just driving through the area.

We stayed on the property and came here for coffee/breakfast. Delicious breakfast options. The coffee was great. Excellent hours. It was so peaceful to sit outside their truck and walk the grounds afterwards. Friendly staff with many of their staple items to buy, as well. Thank you!

Great little spot for breakfast on a Sunday morning.
The biscuits and gravy were looked so good I forgot to snap a pic before I scarfed them.
We also had the breakfast burrito, breakfast sandwich and some coffee. All was great.

Great food, very political. I applaud the owners exercise of his first amendment right, but preaching your own politics into your restaurant invites others to consider their own politics too. I would not feel comfortable giving my money to them again.
