Ordered 1 sausage, egg, and cheese McMuffin. 1 sausage, egg, and cheese McGriddle and one big breakfast. Was asked to pull, only one vehicle in front of of us. Waited 15 minutes on our food as other people were just going through the drive thru not having to wait. When we finally got food, it was cold and the sausage was not done. Horrible and will not be back!

The current Yelp review is more accurate (February 2026) 1.7 star review rating is correct. I worked at McDonalds 43 years ago when I was 18. This type of food would have cost me my job or transferred me to washing dishes. The meat patties were overcooked and tough. The bread a little stale and stiff. The sandwiches were assembled haphazard and lopsided. Barely any sauce or lettuce on the Big Mac. My wife and I just wanted a little nostalgia. I took time to make her a true McDonalds double cheeseburger in my kitchen.

Horrible service!! I ordered a number 2 on the menu C which a deluxe meal. They brought me the sandwich with bacon and I said I don’t eat bacon they went back and forth and all they did was grabbing the bacon out of that sandwich rather than making a new one and when I came inside to explain the situation that I only eat kosher food they asked me the most dumb question they asked me whether I can read english or not and if I can pronounce deluxe.

I very stupidly drive the 30 minutes home before checking my bag that part is on me. However we weren’t given our 6 piece nuggets, we weren’t given straws, we were given sauces for the nuggets we didn’t get, the food looked like it was half thrown together. More ketchup and mayonnaise on the paper than the sandwich, fries all over the place. Called to see what we could do about the missing nuggets and the only solution was to come up there right now or tomorrow, instead of how they used to do writing names down to redeem when you can come back into town, seeing as we are 30 minutes away. Would cost us more in gas than the nuggets are worth. Or you know they could have just made sure ALL OF THE FOOD WAS IN THE BAG because the customer should be able to trust that it is there.

I went to the location two days ago for the mcribs and was told they would have them today. (They were currently out) i went back today and was told they didnt have any, but when I informed her that I was told they would have it….she said “oh it ended!” How can it end when you are advertising it and on the website it says going until January?!?!?!?! Tried to call the location and haven’t been able to get them to answer the phone at all!!!! Really poor!

Ordered an iced coffee and 2 sausage McMuffin and received a hot coffee and two bacon biscuits. When I told the girl at the window that wasn’t my order she said “well deal with it” and shut the window. If this is the attitudes your store has them clearly I won’t be back and I see why it’s not a busy restaurant

It’s McDonalds….. not a Michelin Star restaurant! We all love McDonald’s no matter how many people say it’s bad for us! The food is is hot I’m good. The service is usually always quick. In the atmosphere has always been the McDonald’s experience.

I asked for a large French fries and that was all. When I pulled up I was told to park at the waiting spots FOR FRENCH FRIES! I told them it was just fries and the man who was there rolled his eyes and said “I don’t care go park”. This is so rude and disrespectful and outrageous.
