If I could give this place a zero I would. By far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts. This is definitely my last time here I gave this place way too many chances. The bagels are always stale never fresh. 9 o’clock in the morning and they are stale. If you ask for the bagel to be lightly toasted it is either burnt or not toasted at all. When Dunkin does a free drink promotion every other location it’s free but at this one they will still charge you. Also some of their staff is down right nasty. I had a girl very nasty to me in the drive through once. Terrible food terrible service. The owners don’t even care when customers are treated this way or that the food is terrible.

This Dunkin makes sick employees come into work. from Covid to the stomach bug I don’t want someone sick touching my food or drinks. So unsanitary. I get they are understaffed (cause they pay horribly) but come on seriously? I no longer patronize this Dunkin. So gross.

I sat here for 2 hours to work remotely while my laundry was being done next door. the level of service is outstanding. the employees knew all the regular customers orders and were super kind/personable to everyone who came in. My drink was delicious and came out quick. I also love that no one bothered me while I was working.

3 months ago, the food and drinks are decent so we have been going here every week but today, the person on the drive-through couldnt understand anything I say and when we got our drinks, the coffee taste burnt, my latte taste like the barista just poured half bottle of syrup. The only thing we are able to drink is the lemonade.

Every time I stop here to grab a bagel, they are stale. The coffee usually is fine, and the service is quick with the double windows. But if you’re looking for a bagel or sandwich, go elsewhere.

I think someone needs to take the time out and clean the windows to windows are so filthy looks like they’re closed up either that or if women don’t want to clean it up let him hire a man to clean it up windows are filthy as hell. Let’s put it this way if they wouldn’t have the sign that says drive-thru lit up the way windows are so filthy you would think the place was closed down end of my story.

I am a frequent customer at this Dunkin’ Donuts, however I will not be coming back to this location until the owners have the air conditioning fixed! The staff is fantastic they even know what I want when they see me or my car in the drive-through. The air conditioning has not been working in a long time and the poor loyal staff is subject to 87 degrees Fahrenheit up too 100 degrees Fahrenheit that I have seen for my self… even know there have been many complaints the owners still do nothing… I am in retail management myself and if any of the staff wants to come over to my store I would hire them right away! Oh yeah there fix to this problem is “oh we open the back door and use a big fan to pull out the heat”
