Some people will write bad reviews on this place but from my experience while yes sometimes expectations don’t meet reality, for the most part when the expectations are not met a replacement for my food is given pretty quickly. A lot of people are writing reviews for this place like it is a sit down restaurant but it is not, it is a fast food chain. And for it being a fast food chain the ratio from quality to the wait time it’s pretty gosh darn good.
the pizza’s are an amazing golden brown. the workers are down to earth and respectful. And the store offers a nice quiet seat while you wait for your food. I will be back again.

Asked if they had any hot and ready pizzas. They said yes we 4. I replied can I 3 of them. The lady said it’s going to be 15 minutes. So I asked if they had any that were “ready” and we would just take two. She said we could only have one because there was someone else in line behind us… mean while the first girl walked away said she needed someone else to take over so she wasn’t rude to the customers. We were never rude just confused on why we couldn’t get pizza. If you don’t have any ready just say that. Also don’t let people work there who can’t handle having a simple dumb down conversation.

UPDATE: it hasn’t gotten better. ORIGIONAL POST: Food was not quality. The doors are locked were we’re motioned to go thru drive thru.. no problem.. I have a small car and I could barely squeeze between the building and the wall. There are gashes and marks on the wall from where others have hit the wall. BECAREFUL!!

The big red head with glasses is rude. Needs a new manager that knows how to manage a business. Get the old one back so they aren’t hassling the customers/delivery workers because I have problems every time I go in there now.

0 stars… I would NOT recommend. Only 3 slices out of a whole pizza was edible. The other half was burnt and had a big bubble of hard burnt crust on a couple slices of pizza. Like, there was a hole piece of dough with nothing on it Smh. How can you mess up a pizza??! I tried to give them another chance. This place isnt getting any better. Just go to the Little Ceasars in POWDERSVILLE. It’s worth the few extra mins drive. They have good pizza and service.

I’ve ordered the garlic parm wings multiple times but yet they are NEVER the same. i’ve had wings that hardly had any sauce in the container, some with way to much and today we have achieved garlic parm wings WITH NO SAUCE. for me to be spending almost $10 on some wings i’d expect them to have their sauce. then to charge me almost a dollar for a thing of ranch is insane. employee asked what i wanted at the window and i told him my name for the online, he disappears for a few minutes then comes back with what was supposed to be our food. We could see workers outside and the man at the window seemed to be the only one in the store. As a restaurant manager myself i’m highly disappointed in not only my food but the entire atmosphere of this store.

Food was pathetic tonight. We received a notification that the order was ready and when we walked inside to get it we were missing our cheese bread. We had to wait for it to be completed while our other food was getting cold. We just got home to start eating and the cheese bread isn’t even cooked all the way. The bread is still dough!!! The pizza wasn’t any better either as parts of it aren’t fully cooked. PATHETIC!! WASTE OF MONEY!!

Ordered a pizza with extra cheese . It’s was so dry I know they did not add any , which you pay for . Its was so dry and cold I had to re bake the pizza and the cheese what little was their barley melted because lack of cheese . I should have read the reviews first , that’s my bad for being hungry and skipping that part, never again
