Great place. I made reservations for valentines day and paid $10 per person for the reservation and it was just as I wanted. Be sure to mention if you want to sit across from your partner window side overlooking the avenue outside. I have attached pictures of the great food and table set up. Very professional service and would highly reccomend. I like the premise behind the kellog center which adds to its charm of education. I like the various table and seating options from booth, stand alone tables, to unique high back chairs. For valentine’s it was a 3 course meal so normally you may pay $30-40 but it was approx $65 per person and more if you wanted suggested wine pairings. Keep up the good work. Food was flavorful and portioned just right.

My husband and I have dinner with another couple on a recent Tuesday night. We had reservations, we’re seated promptly and greeted promptly by our server. Our chairs were very low, however, with the table coming up to the top part of my chest, and I am a tall woman. But that was a minor thing, so no problem. Our server was prompt, but had a nose ring, black painted fingernails, long hair that was not tied back, and hands, wrists and arms covered in strange tattoos. Again, I don’t want to judge them, but they seemed a bit unappealing to me.
We ordered the charcuterie board to share, and it was fine. I ordered chicken breast with “collard greens” and mashed Yukon potatoes. My dinner was not good. Dry, chewy and small chicken piece, lumpy potatoes and the worst green vegetable side I have ever tasted. Looked like torn up big pieces of cabbage, not cooked long, so chewy, with a strong vinegar coating that was sour and plain. Like just vinegar. My companions food was fine, but not great. I told the server after they came back to check halfway through the meal that my meal was terrible. The manager came to the table and was very nice about it, asking me if I wanted something else to go, since the others were almost finished. I decided to just order an appetizer, it came quickly. I was not charged for my food, which we appreciated. So, overall, my Stateroom experience was not good. We have been there a few times before and enjoyed good meals. Perhaps that night was an off night for the chef. But my husband and I will not be going back there in the future.

Service and ambience were top-notch. The hominy bread was also incredible. Our entrees (roasted chicken breast, steelhead trout) were pretty good, not amazing. Dessert was wonderful. 4 stars because of the entrees but will absolutely be returning to give it another try!! Shoutout to Jayden for being an excellent server, too.

The atmosphere was lovely, very sophisticated and refined. The service was exemplary. The food was ok. A little unimpressive for a $40 plate. I loved my experience though and felt like it was worth my while.

We went for dinner last night before a show and were reminded why this is the best restaurant to do so. The experience was outstanding from start to finish. Olivia was our waitress and she was superb in so many ways, one of the best we’ve ever had, anywhere. The drinks from the bar were excellent. The fingerling potato appetizer was wonderful, and we both loved our entrees (salmon and the signature burger) and dessert (the chocolate torte with a scoop of Dairy Store ice cream). The food, atmosphere and service were all top notch.

The food was delicious. Small salad was very good sized and the cocktails were a big hit! Very good service. The mushroom starter was my favorite…yum!

Staff were super helpful, even for busy event like graduation weekend. Always a solid choice. They will work with dietary requests for menu items.

Came here because of a Groupon deal. Otherwise, I think the food is a bit overpriced. Service is not the best because college-kids-don’t-care theory in action again–probably why they’re not doing so great and promoting on Groupon. 1. Asked for a secluded area, and was seated in the most visible table. 2. The waitress never came to tell us she was leaving and the new waiter had to introduce himself to us, awkward…

Service is always excellent, staff members are kind and attentive to dining needs. Joe is amazing and one of the best servers on staff. I tried the strawberry shortcake which was made by Peter. Amazing dish. The strawberry compote was fresh and the raspberry chocolate ganache was a perfect balance between sweet and tart and the entire dessert incorporated different textures of crunch and gooey. I would recommend to anyone and thank the staff for placing it on the menu!
