Ordered my drink. They not only made it wrong and added whipped cream the added it to the bottom. Then proceeded to “make me a new one” by dumping it into a nother cup. And I paid extra for some stuff in my drink not only did they not add it they were extremely rude about it

The drinks are always made well & the food is good, but if you are a guy none of the baristas seem to notice you. I’ve been here several times and I have never been greeted and sometimes have to ask to be served but any woman who comes in before or behind me, always greeted and always nicely taken care of. The baristas are close and they have their regular customers (which is great) but they seem to spend more energy talking to each other and never really seem to be super friendly or attentive to customers in the store. I usually come in and feel like I’m a burden to them more than a customer and that’s exasperated since I’m a guy and apparently not worthy of acknowledging.

My barista was Ciara and she did amazingly. First she made my drink perfectly and it tasted better than any of the stand alone Starbucks locations in my town. She also worked fast despite her being alone while a coworker was on break and she knew everyone’s name and drink order. Her handwriting is really pretty too. I wish I wrote my name this beautifully.

I only go to this location occasionally, however after my experience, it will be never. Came in the morning and ordered my tall caramel macchiato, just one drink, simple enough, right? Apparently not, as the young blond woman had the most appalling attitude towards me while ordering and at the first window. Completely cut me off, was very short when speaking to me, seemed like she wanted me out of there. I know this is fast food, but would a thank you hurt? I am paying over $5 for a small drink, the least I could get is some courtesy. I don’t ever write reviews, especially negative ones, but I have been thinking about this interaction for days. The other baristas working seemed great, my drink was perfect.
