Prices online were more expensive than going into the store! I now know to call the store also! Didn’t like that they have you sign a 2nd receipt when you go in the store after you already pay online and you see it go through….its like the are pushing for more tips…

These guys are always spot on. I used to go to the Dominos across the street, but then I got a pizza from them that looked like a bunch of kindergartners made it. I told them about it and they refused to make it right. So now I go here. I have had no complaints so far, and if I did, I’m sure they’d make it right.

Any place charging $5.99 for delivery or any delivery fee for that matter and not giving it to the actual drivers will always get 1star even if the food is good! Thats just ridiculous!

They open at 11 am however they left me standing outside and did not come to open the door at all for 8 minutes past opening time despite being clearly visible to the employees that I was standing outside the door

We recently moved to a new area, we typically try to go with local restaurants over chains but none deliver here so we gave the Hut a try. It was GREAT! The pizza was delicious, it was piping hot, order was perfect, and the delivery driver was outstanding! He reminded me of the guy in the story who took pride in being a taxi driver and made an effort to provide excellent customer service…you should Google it if you don’t know it. This delivery driver was nice, professional, and actually made me happy that we live in his delivery area! We will definitely be ordering from the Hut again! Great job team…keep up the delicious work!

Will never order from this restaurant again I ordered my meal I paid for delivery I paid the delivery tip this has happened once before but last time I was able to get somebody on the phone and get the delivery guy to bring back the rest of my order this time I said on the phone for 30 minutes and kept getting hung up on so I ended up riding my bicycle up to the store and the only thing the manager would do for me is remake the meal and make me sit there and wait for the rest of my meal I feel like if I had already paid for delivery fees and paid a tip to the delivery driver something else should have been done other than making me wait 15 minutes for you to cook what was already supposed to come to me so here’s the new update this is what some of my orders have looked like before this one’s recent

I ordered a “reward” pizza here from their loyalty program. They got it wrong. I called them up and was told I was wrong and they had gotten the pizza correct. When I raised my voice, they promptly hung up on me. Okay, now I’m stressed. I go in and show them the receipt and the pizza and prove that what I said was true. The manager says he allows employees to hang up if customers become belligerent. I explain I was courteous until I was actively told I was wrong when I knew what I was saying was correct. He said he would remake the pizza. I come back, the new pizza is correct, the manager tells me he made it himself to make sure. I shake his hand, thank him, and continue on with my day. I did not eat that night because these interactions created too much stress. But I appreciate that the manager tried to make it right in the end and I am leaving this 5-star rating as a way of thanking him for that.

This medium 3 topping thin crust was so crispy it almost broke my tooth out literally had almost no topping on it whatsoever like a giant cracker this and a 2 l Pepsi was $24 completely ridiculous and not worth it I will never order Pizza Hut again it is so overpriced not even that good
