Very amazing the red head girl is so sweet there, as long with all the other night shift workers who are just trying to get there job done and feed y’all. But instead all these comments say they are “putting up chairs”, “spraying the seats” yes they cleaning the store to close up for the night so they can open again the next morning. Just be nice like me a customer who understands unlike people who are being ungrateful.

This is a great Subway. I tend to order online, as it usually seems pretty busy during lunch and dinner though. But the food is great and tastes fresh. I will definitely keep coming here and would recommend. My order has always been ready ahead of time when I order online, so it works for me.

Four employees working but couldn’t get helped. We came in about an hour until close with all the chairs up. We asked if they were closed they said no. We waited at least 5 minutes. Two employees were sweeping and two employees putting cheese on bread. We continued to wait and finally left with them giggling about us apparently not in on their plan to keep not helping us. I should add at one point one employee was spraying the window in front of and over the exposed food and bread that was being prepared with cleaner.

I am so upset by one of the employees tonight this 4/2/2023 evening. First off we watched him pull cookies out of the oven and refused to sell them to me for some reason when we asked to buy a dozen which they clearly had. He complained the whole time to another employee about us walking in at 8:30 when they close at 9. I know it is hard to find help these days but this guy needs to be relieved of his duty as he just made it hard for me to justify coming back to this location.

Found out yesterday that if you order online you don’t get to choose when you want it to be ready. Salem Subway made sure my food was fresh and not sitting there for 4 hrs waiting for me to get off work. Thanks team!
Update 1/5/26 ordering on the app is a crap shoot, you’re likely to not get what you ordered or get almost no toppings even if you ordered extra.
