Ever since e I was a kid… now in my 40’s… this has always been my favorite Pizza Hut. They never mess up. Always correct, hot and fresh orders! The food I got tonight was just so fantastic! Thank you! Never change!

Ordered for delivery. Supposed to be delivered at 7:45 pm, gave them a half hour leeway and finally called and our pizza was sitting at the restaurant in thermal bags, no delivery drivers. I asked for a refund but have a feeling I will get neither the pizza nor the refund. The person on the phone had no idea what was going on. Last time we ordered we waited 20 minutes outside the restaurant for a carry out and the pizza was ice cold.

Food was what you would expect! Service… well the service may as well not exist! The phone rang the entire time we were here. Stood at the front counter for a minimum of 5 minutes before someone came from the back to take my order. They only had plastic forks and we had to ask for plates when we sat at a booth to eat there. It was a sad experience and from now on if I want pizza I will order it online, cause going in here was not a good experience!

I confess it’s been a while since I have been to my local Pizza Hut. This time around, I had to order at the cashier desk when I came in. And pay for it before I sat down.
I received my food. I was never checked on. Other people came in while I was eating. They shouted, “Hello, are you still open!” Then they left. I finished eating and needed a box. I went to the cashier’s desk and shouted,”Hello,” several times. I went into the kitchen and shouted also. No one. I headed back into the dining room as an employee came in the back door. I asked for a box. He gave me a box. And the food?
Definitely had better from Pizza Hut. The crust tasted like cardboard. They didn’t allow pan pizzas in a small. No customer service.

Done with this place. 4th time in a row our carryout order has been wrong, and don’t bother calling. They don’t care. Last time , I was promised a credit and didn’t get it. I’ve been a customer here since the ’80’s, but no more. 4 strikes you are definitely OUT. And they were not busy. No cars in the parking lot and none at the carryout window. Now I see why. Do you see green pepper on this pizza ?? And about 4 pieces of onion.

Not really the greatest Pizza Hut. Have had issues with food taking significantly longer than predicted for delivery, or delivery not being available at times when it normally is, according to their website. Once the website took our order and it took over an hour for someone to notify us that delivery was not possible that day and that we’d be refunded in a few days, while we had been sitting there hungry.

Drove 15 miles specifically to eat here. Wasn’t sure they were even open because the blackout curtains were closed causing it to look shut down from the road. Pulled into the parking lot and discovered a family sitting inside eating. Seated ourselves per sign instructions. Waited for 15 minutes with absolutely no attention paid to us whatsoever. The “waitress” glanced our way a couple times but made no moves to even acknowledge us. Now I know why a place that should be very busy on a Saturday evening was basically dead. Finally left and went to a competitors for pizza and immediately upon entering were greeted and had an amazing customer experience. If you’re hungry for pizza go downtown and feel like you’re important instead of a bother. They even gave us free bread sticks because of the crappy experience we had here. If this joint goes out of business it won’t be hard to see why! Rated at 1 star only because zero isn’t an option.

Twice in a row they got the pizza wrong, called back the second time and the lady was super nice and offered to remake the pizza and that we could keep the other. Then a different person called and was super rude and said that she cut the pizza and knew it was alright and that our pizza was good enough to eat. Delivery driver is always great, not so much the lady who called us.

Had ordered a meat lovers melt. They gave me a Hawaiian. When I called to have them make it right. I heard the manager in the background say they dont make a Hawaiian melt.. well they did this day. I was asked to bring it back so they could see it. They seen it was wrong, Usually they let you keep the mistake. They took that back and I continously hear the manager talking smack in the back room. I do have to say the young lady working the register was very polite and helpful but that manager needs to be checked!

Delivery took awhile but that was my fault. Driver was polite. The phone operator couldnt hear me very well and had a static noise in the background.
The food was subpar. Wings were good but the brownie was ok and made me feel sick. There was no paper under the pizza?!? I don’t know if that’s a pizza hut thing but there needs to be a paper under the pizza to stop the cardboard box making the pizza taste bad. The pizza was still good but could have been better. 6/10
Edit: My stomach is killing be. Do not eat. I’m in pain
