Service took awhile, 30 minute wait for food.
Pho: Required a lot of additional condiments for it to taste decent.
Boat noodle: Tasted good, they give a good amount of meat.
Pork belly and sticky rice: small portion, skin is chewy and the meat is dry.
Papaya with raw shrimp: Not consistent, it taste different each time.

Food was decent, good but nothing special. We ordered the beef meatballs for appetizers – good, but sauce was just basic sweet and sour like those bottled ones you get at the store. Combo Pad Ka Prao, flavor/sauce was good. Braised sweet pork was good, if you like sweet and spicy. It had a side of hot sauce which was really good. We wanted more, however, nobody ever came to check-in on us and we had to walk up to the cashier counter to ask for more. Got the thai tea boba, a tad too sweet and the boba pearls were hard and the texture was off. They were also out of avocado so we weren’t able to order sushi or sushi burritos as they all came with avocado. We could’ve gotten it without avocado, but didn’t want to. Overall, good, wasn’t disappointing, but also not a place we’d go out of our way to come back to.

Love almost every dish that we ordered and we ordered a lot. The papaya wasn’t sweet and sour enough but it’s still good. The pad Krapow is really good and balanced when it comes to the sauce. I love the sai krok and braised pork. Overall a really enjoyable experience and will come back for more.

Serious construction issues with their sushi rolls. This is what my two rolls looked like. Im shocked that they deemed this fit to serve! The rice was very dry, and looked like jasmine rice rather than sushi rice? The rolls fell apart further as I was eating them. The flavor was there, so I hope this restaurant can address this issue and improve – will happily change my review next time I visit if the sushi rolls are made with more care.

This is the most disgusting raw larb I’ve ever tasted. It tasted like nothing. There was no flavor. The meat like it was finely grinded mixed with food coloring.
Papaya was ok.
Boba milk tea was too sweet!
Khao pia was good.
The pork belly larb was ok, not as good as unison.
I probably will not come back.

So here’s the deal. I only do take out with Longs. Their food is banging and is worth every cent. My teenage daughter put me on to Longs, and used to frequent her food truck. You know if the kids love it, this food is where its at. My daughter always talks about how nice the owner is as well, so this review is a joint effort. Eat at Longs on the East Side. Parking is tight, as she is in a shopping center with other stores, barber shop etc., if you’re wanting to dine in and it’s on a bus route.

It was my first time here. I ordered takeout.
The food was actually good. Flavors were on point. The sweet pork had a depth of flavor that comes with a lot of care. The goat soup was impressive. The chicken pad kra pao tasted as it should.
My complaint: the portions were small relative to the price. The goat soup was half full in the container. The sweet pork and pad kra pao made up 1/4 to 1/3 of the container with the remaining space for rice, which was under the sweet pork and pad kra pao. It might have been nice to know that these dishes would be served this way. I’d prefer the dishes to be separated from the rice. It felt like a lunch combo, instead of dinner.

My favorite is the fish Ka poon and their food never disappoints. The owner Mai Der is so friendly and food was on point it makes you want to go back for more! Make sure to order their Lao papaya and raw laarb because it’s the best in the area.

Food, flavor, and spice was all there but it took roughly 20 minutes to get our food and utensils.

It seems they are going cheap with the sushi rolls. Thinly slice cucumber and avocado. The tuna and salmon cut are super thin now. I hate how they ground up the tuna and salmon now. Feels like I’m just eating rice. I rather buy sushi from the local cub foods
