Ordered two venti lattes and egg bites. The lady was really nice, however she lied to us. I had my Starbucks ap open and ready for her. She said she scanned it, and she never did. Never got the points or anything. Super sad about that when you pay top dollar for yummy coffee, and not get the perks.

I don’t like to write negative reviews, but this time I will. The app says that Starbucks closes at 9:30 pm, I arrived at 8:08, they were already closed, but the employees were inside. When I arrived at the window, the employee saw that I had arrived, but ignored me in every way and did not pay attention to me, which was not very pleasant. After standing at the window for 5-7 minutes, no one paid attention to me and I was forced to leave. I hope this will not happen again

Gotta be the worst starbucks I’ve ever been to. The workers are extremely rude. And our drinks are made wrong every single time. We only come here when everything else is closed. Some lady with red hair and glasses slammed the window on us before we even started talking to ask a question. It was going to be a simple question because my coffee was made wrong but instead I was forced to deal with it because she slammed the window door shut on my face. We hate this Starbucks, I’d advise you to go to the one in target if you have the time.

EDIT: I don’t know why my review for 1581 Hilliard Rome Rd that was written over 4 years ago is now posted for new location at 923 Hilliard Rome Rd that has been only open a few months. I’m reposting it.

No hours are posted on their building. Website and app hours are changing often and never appear to match when they’re actually open. Tried mobile ordering once. Arrived at my scheduled pickup time, stood at the pickup spot for 15 minutes before they even made my drink. Several other people were behind the counter, talking or cleaning, while no one made any eye contact with me. I left feedback from a survey on this and I got a response that $5 was credited to my card for my wait on my “cookie”. I have no clue who they credited because I only ordered a drink. I have been ordering from the Starbucks in the Target up the road instead.

The past two times I’ve been here my drinks have been wrong and they took ages to make my order, the person that took my order who I believe is named Fernando has been the same person both times and he didn’t seem to understand what cold foam was because I had to ask for it several times and they still tried to hand me my drink without cold foam. I don’t always have bad experiences here but there are too many days where the service is terrible, if I were you I’d take the couple minutes trip down the road to the other Starbucks on Hilliard Rome. I ordered an Iced chai latte with brown sugar cold foam and when I got to the window it was wrong so I had them remake it and I didn’t realize until I got home that it was STILL THE WRONG DRINK and they gave me an ice white mocha?????? What a complete waste of time and money.

I’ve tried to give this location several chances to change my mind, but unfortunately always have the same experience. While the staff is usually friendly, the overall service at this location is seriously lacking. Service is always extremely slow, especially in the drive-thru, even when they don’t appear to be busy. I order the same drink with almond milk no matter which location I go to, but this location’s drinks never taste great. Mostly milk, hardly any coffee or sweetener.

I know this location is new and still finding its rhythm, but I truly believe they deserve a chance. The staff here is kind, hardworking, and doing their best to keep up with the rush. Every time I’ve visited, I’ve been greeted with a smile and great energy. Give them a little time.I’m confident this Starbucks will turn into a local favorite. Let’s support them instead of tearing them down! ☕️

Keeping in mind that this is a brand new location, the service was not great. Worker asked me to remind him what the drink consisted of. mind you it’s a menu item not some crazy drink. In their defense i did say “blondie” instead of Blonde (iced vanilla blonde latte). However, the worker was extremely polite. I also ordered a pink drink which was very poorly made and unmixed it was sour so i assume the measurements were off. This location just needs a day for the staff to study the menu and learn the measurements. doesn’t seem ready for open. The location has good potential.
