We got our receipt but Devons bag and food. When I called I was informed the only way to get a replacement was to bring the food all back regardless of being today or in the future. Now normally I wouldn’t have an issue with that considering I have over 20 years in the restaurant business and I get that sometimes customers lie with they call and complain BUT WHEN THE MANAGER SAYS SHE REMEMBERS REMAKING DEVONS ORDER FOR HIM then she should of Just fixed the situation. She knew it was their bad! and at that point a good manager would of took that hit herself. Not to mention when she hung up on me when I said id rather call corporate because it’s not her policy it’s theirs.

I haven’t had Taco Bell for a few years. I just got the app, and I got a free Doritos Los Locos Taco for starting it. I also got a Veggie Burrito, a side of Black Beans and Rice, and a Pepsi Zero. It tasted good. They have changed their menu since I last ordered from, since I sèaw some new items.
UPDATE:. June 4, 2022-I needed a light supper, so I settled for Taco Bell. I got a Veggie Mexican Pizza and a Diet Pepsi. I never had their Mexican Pizza, but I heard it was good. I gave it a try, and it was delicious!
UPDATE:. June 24, 2022-I got a free Diet Pepsi from the app, and a Crispy Cantina Chicken Taco with Creamy Chipotle and a Fiesta Veggie Burrito. Delicious!
UPDATE:. August 27, 2022-No it has not changed. The food is still good, and so is the service. I ordered a Spicy Potato Soft Taco, Fiesta Veggie Burrito, and a Diet Pepsi. It was different, light, and delicious! I would order it again.
UPDATE:. November 3, 2022-I needed a quick meal, so I got a Crunchy Taco Bell Grande, Burrito Supreme, and Pepsi Zero. It was all delicious!
UPDATE:. March 3, 2023-Today, I had the Nachos Bell Grande Combo, which consisted of a Crunchy Taco Supreme, Nachos Bell Grande, and a Pepsi Zero. Absolutely delicious! I will order it again.
UPDATE: May 19, 2023-I came here to pick up breakfast after I found Starbucks was closed. I ordered an Iced Cinabon Delight Coffee and a Cheesy Potato Breakfast Burrito. The coffee was delicious as before, and the burrito was great, also. Thank you, Taco Bell, for saving the day!
UPDATE: June 18, 2023-I decided to try the Steak Chillie Verde Fries, along with a Pepsi Zero. The Steak Chillie Verde is French fries, steak, peppers, cheese, and sour cream. It is the main item and side item all rolled into one. It is absolutely delicious! It is a limited time item, but should be on the menu all the time.
UPDATE: November 29, 2023-This time, I got a free Spicy Potato Soft Taco by redeeming a reward in the app. I also tried the Veggie Mexican Pizza, which was delicious. I ordered a Pepsi Zero, but their machine ran out of it, so I ordered Diet Pepsi instead. The whole meal was great, especially getting a free item!
UPDATE: March 27, 2024-I ordered from the app the Cantina Crispy Chicken Taco and Nachos Bell Grande Combo, along with a Pepsi Zero. These tacos are new, and it tasted great. The Nachos Bell Grande were delicious, like always. This was a great meal.
UPDATE: April 17, 2024-I decided to try the Big Beef Nachos, and I had a reward to redeem, so I redeemed for a free Pepsi Zero. I got my meal for cheap, and it was well worth it.
UPDATE: August 27, 2024-I had a reward in the app I needed to redeem, so I got a free Spicy Potato Soft Taco. I also ordered a Grilled Cheese Burrito with Black Beans and a Pepsi Zero. The meal was cheap, and it was very delicious. Having apps with points and rewards is well worth it!
UPDATE: December 3, 2024-I had another reward to redeem, so I got a free medium Pepsi Zero. I also ordered a Beef Chalupa and a Beef Burrito Supreme. It was all delicious, especially the Chalupa. They are in the middle of a decades promo, and Chalupas are something they had years ago. I wish they had it all the time! Chalupas are like a taco, but with a bread shell, rather than a hard shell. That was the best part of the meal!
UPDATE: June 8,2025-I tried something I never thought they would have on their menu: 10 pc Crispy Chicken Nuggets! These are different in that they are spicy, and they are delicious! I also tried their Nacho Fries. These are like French Fries, which I I never thought to find here! They came with Cheese sauce, and these were good. Along with Lemonade, this was not your typical Mexican meal, but this is something for those who don’t want your normal Mexican food.
UPDATE: June 30, 2025-I tried some more of their new chicken items. I tried their Cantina Crispy Chicken Taco, Cantina Crispy Chicken Burrito, and a Medium Pepsi Zero. The taco was messy, but still good. The burrito was good. I redeemed points for my drink.

Why does your Mexican pizza always taste like plastic?! It’s only at this location. I thought maybe one was just bad the first time, so I gave a second chance and then gave a third chance. All taste like plastic. I’ve thrown them away each time. It’s something to do with how the shell is cooked. Somebody might want to look into that before it makes people sick.

The most Rude manager. First of all one employee needed help clocking in or out when she needed help this manager thru her hand up ( like talk to the hand ). I tried ordering water on the kiosk when there is no way to order. I asked same person for a cup for water when she slammed it down in the counter. If this was my employee I would definitely have her in the back where she didn’t have to deal with public. Very Rude

The girl who was running the drive thru was so rude and unprofessional.. she had trouble hearing us, and so he spoke up to give order and when we got to the window, she was very short wouldn’t say a word to us glared at us. Her name was Star. I called to speak with Manager because she was over the top and she had very bad customer service. And I was given her name that is how I found out her name

Extremely slow and was rude over the intercom. Get to the window and then the girl there says absolutely nothing, no greeting at all. Didn’t get the sauces I asked for in fact no sauce at all. Not sure if it’s a taco bell portion thing or just this location but got the cheesy chalupa box and got a little steak with my onions. Last but not least ice machine was broke so got a hot diet Pepsi. Gotta love fast food.

My partner’s iced coffee tasted downright bad, despite being her usual order.
Staff are nice and I can understand mistakes when things are busy. But there were no other orders in the store and we were the only car in line, so getting every part of my order wrong is frustrating.

if i could give them 0 stars i would. service was absolutely terrible- lady screaming through the drive through speakers- being extremely disrespectful to me and the car in front of me. cut me off every time i tried to tell her my order. didn’t get my order right was missing over half of it and charged the full amount. not to mention the food tasted like shit.

Placed a door dash order, entire order was not in bag. Went to Taco Bell to place an additional order and pick up what was missing to be screamed at by drive thru staff because door dash orders get picked up inside. Well ma’am, if the order had been placed on the bag when door dash first picked it up I wouldn’t be back. And if you despise your job that much, find another one. Yelling at your customers won’t fix your problem.
