Wait in drive-thru for atleast 40 minutes every single time. Employees are sneaky and have double charged me for meals. Then they serve you what looks like Month old chicken (cant find where to attach photos). Tried reaching out to HQ, no response. All done with kfc.

First of all they had nothing to drink besides lemonade and fruit punch, which we didn’t want so we ended up paying for a meal and not getting a drink, they were all out of several sauces, the coleslaw was weird, it was thick and creamy, it didn’t taste anything like it always has, I swear they used something else instead of mayonnaise in it, it ended up in the trash, and they forgot part of our order. Not impressed at all.

Wish I could do no stars. Walked in to try to order food for 2 people. Waited almost an hour before canceling and asked for a refund. Employees were yelling back and forth. I watched several other customers cancel orders. It was a very surreal experience, and to top it off they had the courage to ask for me to wait just a little longer. Don’t go if you want food in less than an hour.

This the BEST KFC I’ve ever been to. The chicken was spot on fresh and perfect. With friendly staff. You really have to go to other really awful KFC (ie Pleasantville NJ) to appreciate the good ones

If I could have left a negative star review I would have ten fold. The employees openly laughed at a woman just asking for her food she had paid for over half an hour previously. Witnessed all employees not washing hands before handling food, as well as all employees putting in more effort into not doing their job than just doing it. Absolutely deplorable behavior and representation of both fast food chains at this location. I feel bad for whoever owns this building because I know first hand having employees like that guarantees a massive loss in possible profits. Horrible.

I asked for no pickles because my kids are all allergic to pickles. They put pickles on every single sandwich. Then, when I went to have them remake it, they covered it so much in mayonnaise that you could not even pick up either sandwich so they had to make the sandwich three times wrong before I eventually just gave up What a waste of money never be back again. Service was horrible and whoever is reheating things on there and putting simple condiments down can’t even follow directions.

After sitting in the drive through for 25 minutes (like usual for this place) I pulled around, and checked my order cause it’s usually wrong. And sure enough, I got half of my order right this time, and was handed a Baja blast when I said Pepsi. If they slowed down and paid attention to what goes where, itd probably wouldn’t be half bad.

Beyond over this location always having the WORST customer service and food quality. With the amount of money I’ve spent for food I wouldn’t even feed an animal is ridiculous. To spend money the money I’m spending you’d think the food would be edible. Here’s to more food ending up in the trash.
