Sunny Hawaiian BBQ never disappoints. We ordered the hamburger steak with gravy, BBQ chicken, and a side of veggies, and everything was on point. The hamburger steak was tender and flavorful, topped with rich, savory gravy that paired perfectly with the rice. The BBQ chicken was juicy with that sweet, smoky island-style glaze we love. The veggies were fresh and cooked just right. Portions are generous, and the prices are a great value for the amount of food you get. We order from here often and are always satisfied. It truly reminds us of the comforting flavors back home in Hawaii.

We’ve been to this spot several times back when we lived in Vegas, so we decided to stop by during our visit for a quick snack. Unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment this time.
The food and service both fell short. The chicken lumpia tasted sour, so much so that after two bites, I threw the whole order away rather than risk getting sick. The person taking orders never smiled and made the experience even worse. She stood there watching while I grabbed sauces (two teriyaki and one soy), then scowled when I asked for one sriracha. For context, we had ordered chicken lumpia, a BBQ chicken plate, and BBQ chicken musubi. I wasn’t getting more sauces than we needed.
Overall, not the experience we remembered, we won’t be coming back.

Yesterday we came here for the first time (our favorite Hawaiian food spots offer a spicy adobo fried rice omelet that we’re kind of addicted to) and realized we shouldn’t have waited so long. We started with yummy crispy Kau Gee (fairly priced at $11.95 for 6 as they’re good sized and meaty), served with sweet chili sauce and hot mustard. Then we shared a delicious Shrimp Garlic Noodle. The shrimp were slightly overcooked, (a very common occurrence even in expensive restaurants) but still very good. ($11.25, also a good price). We also enjoyed Kalua Pork (a generous portion for only $10.25), served with its stewed cabbage and sides of steamed white rice and macaroni salad. The mac salad was tastier than the standard diner -style item (was there a touch of mustard in there?). The lady who took our order at the cash register also brought the food to our table and she was friendly, attentive, and efficient. Overall, a great lunch and we didn’t even miss our fried rice omelet!

Great no-frills, counter-service, Hawaiian place with good prices for large portions of delicious food. We ordered the regular size chicken katsu plate and we were not disappointed. Recommended highly for good, filling, and satisfying food.

The food was really good. Not too crowded. They have boba thai tea and a few other kinds of boba slushes. We ordered the BBQ chicken & Katsu Chicken Combo Plate, Spam, Eggs & Rice, kau gee, Manapua, and the Kalua Pig & Lau Lau. The BBQ chicken was really good. Was freshly made so it was nice and piping hot. Their Mac Salad was also pretty good. Didn’t have too much mayo, which I like. The Katsu Chicken was probably my favorite. It was so CRUNCHY on the outside! It was perfect. Brought my fiancée here for a date and it was a great spot. Definitely coming back, thank you for the great service and food.

They gave us food poisoning.. it was our first time coming.. I did not like the service & how they treated others.. I seen a family with a little boy coming in and asked to use the restroom mind you they had a little boy with them a kid and they said you have to buy something first.. TO A CHILD but then the food made us really sick we missed work the next day it was awful service & food that will make you sick.. #1 treat people better #2 don’t make people sick because you don’t feel like following the laws but expect your customers to follow “your” rules

This might be one of My new favorite budget eats to it when I’m visiting Vegas. The Kahlua pork was fantastic. Generous portion. Not fancy but a good price for a great meal

This Hawaiian Bbq is located in shopping center off of Charleston and Rainbow. They have alot of different options on their menu. From Kahlua pork, to Chiken katsu, egg rolls, sesame rolls, and plates. The mixed plate is a generous portion of macaroni, rice, and meats. The food here was pretty decent, compared to some other places. Not overly expensive either.
