I’ve been eating here since they opened and EVERYTHING they serve is huge portions and DELICIOUS. I often order a couple entrees like tikka or korma and split it into 4 or 5 lunches for my meal prep. Entrees all come with perfectly steamed rice btw. The biryani is spicy and scrumptious too!

But you have to try their samosa chat it is TO DIE FOR in my opinion. I’ve tried most around town and they’re in my top 5 for sure. I added a picture of mine from today. Yeah it looks a mess but if you know you know! You HAVE to get all the chutney on it: mint, cilantro, TAMARIND and the white sauce who’s name is cannot remember. It is spicy and the chutney balances it all. TRY IT. It’s a filling, healthy, inexpensive meal! It feeds me twice if I’m honest but I’m tiny.

Or just get a samosa and some chana masala and chutneys and make your own! OK I’m done talking about chaat.

Not to mention rockwood market hall is just a really cute community space and food court with a bunch of ethnically diverse foods, outdoor and indoor seating, shopping, a playground, and water fountain for kids to run through in summer, and fun cheap shopping across the street! Check out the swap meet!

Flavors of India is hands down my favorite spot for authentic Indian cuisine! The food is always bursting with delicious flavors, and the service is incredibly friendly and attentive. With such a wide variety of dishes on the menu, it’s hard to choose, but no matter what you pick, you’re guaranteed to be impressed. Whether you’re a meat lover, vegetarian, or have dietary preferences, there’s something for everyone. And if you haven’t yet, make sure to try a mango lassi to complete your meal – it’s the perfect refreshing finish. Highly recommend this place for anyone craving top-notch Indian food!

Great service, the person who helped me was great with the suggestions. Serving portions were huge, great value for the price paid. Had the lamb biriani with the garlic naan which was excellent. Will probably try the chicken biriani or the butternut chicken next time. One plate easily feeds two people

The food was good with decent portion size. I ordered a paneer kathi roll and one chicken biryani. The taste desi and authentic. The people were courteous and considerate. The restaurant is located in a “rockwood market hall”complex with multiple din in options.

While on a trip to Oregon, I stumbled upon Flavours of India, and I must say, it did not disappoint! I ordered garlic naan, butter chicken, and chicken biryani, and everything was absolutely delicious. The flavors were rich and authentic, truly capturing the essence of Indian cuisine. If I were a local, I would definitely be a regular customer. Don’t hesitate to give this small business a try.
