So I ordered a vegetarian pizza from your restaurant last night and I asked for extra cheese and a garlic dipping sauce. I got neither one of those. However, I’m sure I was charged for each one of those. I definitely know I was charged $.95 for the dipping sauce. And the cheese was probably two dollars at least if not, three.. So that’s 3 to 4 dollars extra that I had to pay. Guess next time I’ll have to check my box before I leave to make sure everything is correct

I really like the pizza, but the only time I get pizza is when I don’t want to leave the house. The past three times I’ve ordered delivery it has taken more than an HOUR AND A HALF to get my order. Every time I call the store to ask what’s happening, the answer is the same: “We’re swamped and short staffed.” To which I answer “Maybe the owner could hire some more staff.” Then they say “We send out flyers with every order that say we’re hiring.”
Of course the poor employee on the phone has no control over anything, so I’ll say it here: DOMINO’S, PAY MORE. If you can’t find enough employees to run your business efficiently, then you are not paying enough! Take that $6 delivery fee AND GIVE IT TO THE STAFF.

Tried to order 2 pizzas from a Facebook link, after trying to pay 2 different ways I kept getting errors and gave up before ordering from another place. Never got the normal texts but later checked my emails a couple days later and found that I got an email saying my pizzas are done. Called the store to ask what could be done and he said the manager would contact me which never happened of course so here I am. Hope your staff enjoyed the pizza I paid for and I will be sure to let folks know how you deal with customers. By the looks of bad reviews, things won’t change anyways.

Today ordered delivery to my work. I honestly would have wanted a call saying hey your pizza is messed up sorry how would you like us to handle it?. Instead of them delivering pizza this way. That second large pizza was shoved over on half the box, i tried to pull it towards the middle and it was just a soggy pile mess i could not serve to my staff. They said they would refund me!

Ordered a pretty simple order of a large pepperoni pizza, and 16 garlic bites. Got home to find out the pizza was a cheese with a couple pieces of bacon and 2 pieces of sausage and hadn’t even been cut. And instead of the “garlic” bites which are a new menu item, I was given Parmesan garlic bites that had no seasonings on them, it was all stuck to the bottom of the package and was hard. Never had much of a issue with dominos but this was terrible

Domino’s, you have a reputation. If this is how you provide the service, I’ll look into other options than wasting my money on your dreadful service. Please take accountability and work on the quality of your pizza.

Staff is friendly, store is Clean. Service is excellent.
They are constantly looking for improvement for service and quality. So give them a call if something isn’t quite right with your order they will make it right.

I placed an order for parm bites with light oil extra parm and once I received my order I got regular oil extra parm I deeply enjoy there parm bites but the oil messes with my stomach so I called and told them my order was wrong and the General Manger Maddy told me she put a dot of oil on which I know is a lie since I have worked at dominos recently and the herds in the oil was on every single piece and the parm with sticking when lightly oiled the parm doesn’t stick when I told her I knew she was lying she proceed to tell that she swears she only put a dot I’m beyond frustrated she what I wanted done I said my order correctly made or a free one for next time I now have to wait another 30ish minutes for my food
