This place is a hidden gem in Cedar Park. Super high quality fish, oysters and other seafood. Have been here a couple of times now and loved it! Cocktails are wonderful, happy hour is till six and has wonderful deals. Also the best fish and chips! Almost as good as London!

The food was SO good. Three of us shared the Sashimi Tower, the Mussels with Chorizo and the Rockefeller Oysters. Every single item was amazing!! Our waitress was accommodating, personable & efficient. The Manager, James, was funny, friendly & on top of everything!! One of the best first experiences at a new restaurant I’ve ever had!! We’ll be returning soon & often. There were so many things on the menu that we can’t wait to try!

Sweetwater Oyster Bar should be your go-to for any occasion. The food is phenomenal, the service is exceptional, and the staff is top-notch! I have a limited diet with many restrictions, and Elbert always makes sure I have the most amazing meal to enjoy on every visit. I am grateful they are so accommodating of my dietary restrictions.

Highly recommend! We ordered a few different oysters to try during happy hour and loved each of them! The beef tartar was phenomenal, definitely coming back for this if nothing else! The ceviche was perfectly acidic and flavorful. I loved the flavor of the clam risotto although the risotto’s consistency was a bit off.

Hopped in for a quick bite for dinner. My husband had the crab cake as his entree and I got the Lobster Roll – both hands down fantastic. This is the one lobster roll outside of Park City (Freshies) that blew my socks off. Very very easy on the mayo (I actually prefer none) and lovely light seasoning – they just let the lobster do it’s thing. The bread was just lightly buttered (not drowning) and fresh and soft. Fries were hot (cold fries ruin a meal, IMO) with great pairings. My husband loved his crab cake – heavy on the crab with little filler. We can’t wait to add this to our list of restaurants to hit on the weekend.

First time in for happy hour and will definitely be back! Had the $1 gulf oysters, tried two martinis, and lounged in their comfortable atmosphere. This is a great spot for happy hour for those in the area. Staff was friendly and welcoming. It also wasn’t too busy at the time. Worth the trip.

Went here for our anniversary dinner. I have celiac and have to eat gluten free. James, one of the managers, who helps out in all the areas, assured me that only a handful of items couldn’t be made gluten free. We had the best time ever. The food was amazing. The staff made us feel special. I even had two gluten free dessert choices! We did not go wrong with the Bourbon chocolate pecan pie that James had baked that day! Truly, a fabulous experience all around.

Not too bad. Good selection of oysters. Beef tartar was pretty solid, we had the special snow crab claws tonight and they were good and cooked proper but only had four for a fairly high price. Calamari was a little soggy and our crispy Brussels sprouts were not crispy at all. Martini was shaken. :-(. I’ll come back tho for some oysters.
