The food tasted terrible — I couldn’t even finish my burger. I got through about a quarter of it before tossing it back in the bag and throwing it out. I’ve had Wendy’s at other locations without any issues, and even this location used to be fine years ago. But over the past year or two, the three or so times I’ve tried it have all been memorably bad.
The burger itself was extremely inconsistent: some bites were overwhelmingly salty, while others had a strange artificial flavor. I don’t expect fast food to taste organic or gourmet, but it should taste consistent with the rest of the franchise — and this definitely didn’t. I’m not sure if this is a supplier problem or a training issue, but something has clearly changed.
Also — and I don’t mean to sound like a snob — the atmosphere in the back of the kitchen didn’t inspire confidence. It looked more like a hangout than a workspace, and it left me feeling unsure about cleanliness and where hands were going before handling food.
At this point, I’d recommend going to McDonald’s instead — or honestly, with how pricey fast food has gotten, Laker’s Burgers & Pizza is a much better option.

I went through the drive through so I really cannot access the location too much. It looked well kept, very clean on the outside and property. The person who took my order paid great attention to the details and repeated everything to clarify. My food was hot, fresh, and good.

We came from Houghton and apon pulling into the drive through they helped us immediately, Zachary immediately knew what we had without asking our name, we ordered via the mobile app and got a free chili, and I had a bacon cheddar baked potato and my boyfriend got a 10 piece and a burger and it was the most Picture perfect meal, right after a wonderful Valentine’s day to start off 2023 right

Was absolutely horrible ordered a breakfast sandwich and asked for no cheese. Go it left and went to work cross to to discover they loaded it with cheese on my first bite. I drove back and showed them and complained and they wouldn’t refund or make me a fresh sandwich all they did was offer me a cookie. Be careful when u go their make sure your orders right cuz they won’t fix it.

We did this Wendy’s drive through and ordered 2 Spicy Chicken sandwiches and a med side of fries. It was over $20… now I know I don’t eat fast food very often but man that seemed steeply priced for 3 items from a fast food drive thru joint. So we actually took off the fries and just paid $16 for the two small sandwiches we got. Service was okay. Young workers did a decent job.
